What kind of bug in SW2? You can play Anegawa in SW2, unless you're talking about something else.

It is probably that, but it doesn't have to be damaged. finger prints or anything that makes it dirty even can be a problem. Scraches or finger prints are the likely reasons though (at least its always 1 of those for me whever something like that happens )

Before doing that, try cleaning it. Like Sanada said, it could just be fingerprints or some dust. What I do is take a thin tissue (dry obviously :P ) and VERY LIGHTLY clean starting at the center of the disk going towards the outer area over and over again to clean the whole disk. Lightly as in dabbing it with just the corner and not actually bringing your hand to it. I've had disks go from not working at all to working nearly flawlessly by just doing that. Know that there are better products out there than a standard Kleenex for cleaning your disks, as I used to get them before I got lazy and stopped buying them...

Anyone feel free to add tips on cleaning disks, because I know mine aren't the most professional. :P

I personally just use my T-shirt to clean them ;)
If you do use a T-shirt you need to be careful, but like TC I've got them from not working at all to working completly.

I use rubbing alcohol and a cloth to clean cds, but that's just me.

Also, I haven't done that in a LONG time because my PS2's broken. >:(
