God of Death in Gundam Wing Posts: 3,830 Group: Members Member #1,970 Joined: May 16, 2006	What makes this one so different?, What makes this game so different to Dynasty Warriors and Romance of the three kingdoms some people might say? The Battle system is like RTK but this game is alot harder to me and it is more of a thinking man's game. Also Seige towers does not do as much damage as in RTK X. The story has alternate paths and alternate ending meaning you dont need to play the same boring storyline over and over again of the Three Kingdom. There is at least 3 different path of stories... There is also a epilogue. The Officers Okay there is no bias stats if you dont like Shu... Like Zhuge Liang having 100 int in the beginning of the game, you build up your stats. So that means Zhou Yu and Zhuge Liang have about equal int... also you can play as RTK characters like Bu Zhi, Lu Kang, Guan Xing, Zhang Bao, Ma Dai and Cao Hong! They all have their unique portraits and can talk sometimes... Graphics: 9/10 Very smooth graphics and has different character designs than Dynasty Warrior but you might find some similar, one of the designs I enjoy was Zhuge Liang and Zhou Yu because Zhuge Liang looks young and handsome while Zhou Yu has a General's clothing with a cape instead of a soft clothing showing him as more of a leader. This game is RTK but better graphics... Sound: 6/10 The sound is okay... I really do enjoy the Wu music and Im not a big fan of Wu. Wu Kingdom song has a very Chinese feel. Other than that you might get the same songs... Controls: 9/10 Controls are very easy to learn... you just have to think about the combo tactics yourself. Gameplay: 8/10 (6/10) if you hate thinking Like RTK with DW designs and combos... Replayability: 9/10 The story has alternate paths and alternate ending meaning you dont need to play the same boring storyline over and over again of the Three Kingdom. There is at least 3 different path of stories... There is also a epilogue. You get to play as Lu Bu and 1 battle might take 20 mins- 1 hour which is very time consuming... Rent Or Buy? If you're a big RTK fan and you like to think and have alot of time to spare I suggest buying this game... However the prices for this game has drop to 8$ for a used game so you should pick it up since it's so cheap. Overall: 8/10(5/10) if you hate thinking and time consuming. Smooth map, Good controls, Good storyline DT2 gameplay Basically the player use Cao Ren to use a tactic call "Revive" which raises his unit and Zhang Liao's morale since Zhang Liao is near him... Zhang Liao in turn use Revive again and he raises more morale.. if it turns another unit he uses another tactic. It's kind of like dominos... you need to step your officers in the right order and they can use their tactics... Combo video
