Ma Chao: From Dynasty Warriors 2-6. Not 6 Special, Empires, Strike Force. As one of the main elements that drew me too him was his spear. I enjoy his Justice aswell. Sun Shang Xiang: Although I sort of prefer her pre 6, I don't dislike her look in 6. But her new voice dosn't fit imo. I liked her older voice actress. But the bow is a solid improvment, just because the Wind & Fire Wheels wern't really great. Again, imo. Lu Xun: I always liked dual swords, which is what made me try him. Loved his moveset and personality. The one thing that was bad about him was his range with his duals. His DW6 moveset is just incredible. I was worried when they removed his second sword, but they really pulled out one awsome moveset for him. Zhou Tai: Solid character in past games. His katana was frightening. DW6 and on though, I can't stand him. His sword is stuby, no range, moveset just plain turns me away. Yue Ying: Smart, sexy, and pre DW6 scythe was hot. Her clone bow was good only because bow is great. But havn't gotten to try her blade bow yet. Her look in past games was nice. But they made her super sexy in 6+ I'm a sucker for redheads. |

Okayyy... 1. Ling Tong- How can you not like this awesome chunk of man? He's sarcastic, 'cold as ice' annndd... great moveset. :'D NUNCHUKU/THREE-SPLIT-STAFF. HOW IS THAT NOT AWESOME TO YOU? Oh, and he has a beauty mark. ;u; AND. AND. AND. IDON'TKNOWHEISJUSTCOOL. And for everyone who thinks he's arrogant, marry him and see what he says when he gives you a gift. For those of you who hate him that much who DON'T want to know... He mentions 'It's his way of saying... you know.' aka I Love You. Dawww. Maybe I should stop spazzing now. 2. Ma Chao- Honestly, just because I proposed to him in DW6:E. xD He was so super-duper~ But then I realized he, too, was awesome. And his new sword owns. >:3 3. Cao Pi- Same reasons for Ling Tong, kinda. But... he's just not as cool. But mainly because of his haiiiiiirr. xDDD *kicked* 4. Zhuge Liang- So... emotionless... so... strategically correct... so bored sounding... so awesome.... can... kill people with a fan... awesome hair... magical lasers... can float... ag.... ain... he sounds... so... bor... ed... or... ti... r... ed... *drops head on keyboard and falls asleep, then wakes up 10 seconds after* Thank youuu, that was my impersonation of Zhuge Liang! You have been a wonderful audience, folks! *curtsy* (Yes I'm a girl. <3>) 5. Sun Ce- He likes to have fun in fights, same as meeee~ He actually CARES for Da Qiao, and his tonfas are like. Having just picked up DW6 (PS2 version, because the electric and water companies really love us right now) and not having played it yet, the only thing I can go by is the previous games in the series. 1) Fu Xi / Greatsword / Broadsword: The fact that his moves are slow as hell coming out doesn't change the fact that even half of the Normal attacks have a radius. Plus, in DW5E, his C1 is very, VERY good for dropping health in a hurry, having a natural Fire element attached to it. 2) Lu Bu: OK, I admit it. I abuse the hell out of his C3, only because combining it with a Wind Scroll and an Ice Orb means instant widespread domination. I just wish they'd kept his DW4 mentality intact. The voice actor's okay, but bring back the sheer badassery the DW4 version had! 3) Zhen Ji: Because being ultra-hot goes hand-in-hand with a Musou with a decent radius, and a C3 that involves slapping the stupid out of the opponents. 4) Nu Wa / Rapier: I had a low opinion of this moveset until DW5E. Her new Musou, with high enough Attack enhancements, makes her a pretty good anti-officer to me. 5) Zhou Tai: Ignore the liberties Koei took with the character and moveset design. Between his True Musou and the speed of his attacks, he just exudes sheer cool. Honorable Mentions: Gan Ning: The only really good thing about him, to me, is his Musou. He comes in handy on the larger maps if you need to close distance pretty quickly. But that's about it. Zhuge Liang: His weakness is just barely overshadowed by the fact that his C4 has a good radius. But you have to respect someone who floats like Lo Pan in his Musou... Zhu Rong: I'm only going to say two things about her: Lots and lots of throwing daggers, and I have a weakness for smart-alecky girls. Pang Tong: I'm still learning his moveset, but I've got one good thing to say about him, and that's the fact his C3 is sneaky as hell. "Wait, I thought he was gonna block that. Well, he's dizzy now, so..." |

1: Zhao Yun- Big suprise, was just the first decent looking character, so I kinda sticked with him, though I dont play him anymore il still say hes my nr. 1, just out of old loyalty. 2: Lu Bu- Gotta love the mightiest man alive! 3: Yue Ying (DW 6)- What can I say cept for hawt? 4: Gan Ning (DW 5)- Damn I loved his musou attack, just badass. 5: Zhang Liao:- Hes just that cool. |

1. Zhao Yun - Was the first charachter I ever played as. Who can blame me :D? But really, he has a great moveset, image and playability. 2. Guan Ping (DW5) - I just LOVE playing as this guy. His moveset is wild. 3. Sun Shang Xiang - Great image, moveset and looks. Great charachter. 4. Jiang Wei/Lu Meng - Great story and nice moveset. Like his story and charachter. 5. Diao Chan - Love her story and moveset. Good charachter. |

in no particular order: 1. Guan Yu: I always enjoyed his nobility and strength. A great foil for the stout little tough guy Zhang Fei. His moveset has a great range. 2. Zhang He: His flamboyant personality is amusing plus great agility and weapon. Gotta love the claws! 3. Zhu Rong: A strong and cunning female figure in the DW series. I like that. Plus beating people up with a boomerang is fun  4. Lu Bu: When you absolutely, positively have to kill EVERY piece of vermin on the map; accept no substitutes. A ridiculously strong character who lives for nothing but war. 5. Zhuge Liang: A brilliant strategist who always seems to keep his cool. His moveset's very useful especially his C1, C4, and his musuo. |

It depends on which dynasty warriors game; 6 was a real dissapointment to me. Ill just pick the ones from all the dynasty warriors combined. *Lu Bu- Ummm the only thing I have to say is this guy kicks a$$ *Wei Yan- I loved his doubled edged sword in the other dynasty warriers but in DW6 he has this bell like thing, WTF? *Zhou Tai- I loved his katana and fast movement in the other dynasty warriers but again in DW6 he has this plain old sword and is basically not a samurai anymore once agian... WTF? *Guan Ping- The only real reason why he's on here is because he had this badass sword i think it was in Dynasty warriors 5... But now DW6 doesn't have the same weapon system; now they have a real s*ity one and Guan Ping now has the spear like weapon ; like every other officer in DW6. * Zhu Rong- I remember this chick from DW5 and i liked using her boomerang. These statements are mostly based upon DW6 unfortunatley, I got rid of my PS2 and now have a 360. |

DW6 inspired choices... 1. Dian Wei, my long time fave remains at the top - his wrecking ball really suits the renbu system and if he was anything but slow and very powerful he would just not be the "dian wei" as we know him. 2. Meng Huo, by far the most OTT moveset since DW6 took a more realistic approach to the series but its awesom seeing his peppering the battlefield with coconuts and spitting poison. He as such is the most fun moveset in the new renbu style of DW and stand out. 3. Sima Yi, his moveset really is awesome and fits the character design for him brilliant - who needs some crappy old fan haha. In the Empires game its this moveset i always vouch for with my CAWs... it also really looks flawless in free moving renbu. 4. Zhang Jiao, hes in this list as hes funny as hell and a complete fruitloop. His character always stands out and im delighted they kept his clothing style and persona for all the mass changed from DW5 to DW6 as we now know it. 5. Taishi Ci, another ive always liked since he first became available. Im didnt actually mind him with the new spear he wielded in DW6 and it fitted the new revamped look well but somehow and i guess its down to familarity but the Special/Empires decloning of him to his old weapons somehow just fits better for me. Personality wise though i have to concede his is deadly boring, even though he was a true hard nut in the novel its never really translated onto the games. |

Lets see.... In no real order, I can't pick favorites. 1.I always liked Xiao Qiao. When we first got DW, I said "The one with the blue fans is mine, you get the one with the red ones!". I've really liked her, and I was very happy that she got a unique moveset in DW6 2.Lu Xun. The first character I maxed out in DW4 and 5, I just like him. He was also the 2nd character I maxed out in DW6, right behind SSX. His moveset isnt that great, but hes just cool. 3.Xiahou Yuan. I dont know what it is about him that I like. His movesets average, hes fat and hairy, and yet...I love him. 4.Sun Quan. I like him. I dont know why Sun Jian is given so muh credit for Wu, when Sun Quan was the one who truely was the leader of it. Again, I cant explain much why I really like him. I just..do. 5.Yue Ying. A cool girl. I like her story mode, and I think its sweet that "through the power of love", Zhuge Liang is able to live past the battle of Wu Zhang Plains. Twuu love twiupmhs all. |

Ling Tong- Awesome personality and rockin' ponytail pwns all. xD Zhen Ji- She's a baaaaad girl...and I love it! I can flow with her moveset and her Zhang He- When I play him I'm always laughing...I went crazy over his claws and when I leveled him up nice and good it was like magic. @_@ Gan Ning- I don't really care to play as him but I do just because I like his character. xD So many have fought and failed for fifth place...but in the end it's Guan Ping. xD I LOVE to play as him! His move set is awesome, his weapon is awesome, I love his story...absolutely fantastico! |
