The version of Middle Earth used would be the LOTR version. Should I post events?

And thusly, he invaded Middle Earth, liberated Morgoth from the Void and combined the three towers of Angband, Utumno and Barad-Dur into one. This action revived all the dead heroes of the free peoples and revived some of the forces of the Shadow. The forces of good have yet to put up a cohesive resistance against this new threat until the Valar intervene , and it will be a long while before that happens, at any rate.
