I've just finished the last one, Wu. But I would have to say my favorite was Wei's. Not only because of the story, but I suppose the character selection. The SW story would probably be a close second. 1. Wei 2. SW 3. Shu 4. Wu I've added the poll so you can vote for your favorite number 1. |

Mine was either Wu or Wei. I liked the whole family battle concept that Wu had and that they reunited in the end to destroy Orochi. Wei was very interesting with Cao Pi secretly trying to take down Orochi from the inside and his interactions with former Wei vassals and Mitsunari. |

mine is just have to wei. wei story was very interesting and the characters weren't bad at all, mitsunari and cao pi is like really funny. wu was kinda boring since the story mostly was about the wu family. shu story was even boring. all they want to do is rescue their lord. sw story was quite good, oda nobunaga is one of my favourite character and i never get bored playing as him since his moveset is so cool. i have to say wei and sw story was little close one for me but my vote has to go to wei because i liked heir hole storyline especially the story when daji betrays cao pi and cao cao comes. that stage was the best in my opinion. my favorite story mode:- 1. wei  2. sw  3. wu  4. shu :mellow: |

Wei had pretty good story. It showed the another side of Cao Pi. Now he wasn't a complete ass*** like in DW5 >_>. Shu's story wasn't bad either. Thank god KOEI didn't include Ma Chao, Kanetsugu, Liu Bei or any other person obsessed with justice in their story. |

SW, just was cool to see 'evil' Nobunaga opposing another evil. Wei was a close second, Shu and Wu's just felt straight-up corny, the only thing I liked about Shu's was Zhuge Liang's role. Wu was lame because of all the focus on the Sun family, I understand it's Wu but you know there were a bunch of other important characters in their group and they did NOTHING with them. |

Wei because I think Cao Pi made the best main character. Cao Pi and Mitshunari are very funny and there was so many people jumping sides in the story. I really couldn't wait to take down Da Ji in this story. |

Wei was definitely the coolest in my opinion. Cao Pi was a delight, as was Mitsunari. Yet Shu is my favorite, BECAUSE IT IS SO ON CRACK. Also, it kept making all these naughty comments regarding Zhao Yun and Yukimura. I loved it. |

That's why I probably felt Wei had the better. Due to Cao Pi's and Mitsunari's fondness of each other, and their sarcastic lines. Wei also had Zhang Liao, Xu Zhu, Cao Cao and Zhang He which I all liked. Plus I was really fond of Cao Cao's return on the second to last stage. As that was a nice touch, especially with him being guarded by Dian Wei. |

I voted SHU. I dont know, I just loved how close they came to "finding" Liu Bei, only to be strung along by Zhuge Liang all along. They really showed a different side to him in this game. And there are some funny lines in their story. And not saying its my least favorite in the least, but I play the Wei stages the least out of all of them. |

I liked Wu's storyline. Mainly because it reunited the whole Sun family together and the fact that I was able to use Sun Ce in the beginning of the game as well. Second would go to Wei because of the interaction between Cao Pi and Mitsunari. I didn't care for Shu's storyline for the simple fact that once you had unlock Liu Bei, he didn't have much of a role in this game or much interaction with other characters. The only thing I witness is SSX complimenting him in battle as being "So manly and powerful". |

True, Liu Bei is the only leader who doesn't take part in the main story >_>. But it really didn't bother me, though. I thought Zhao Yun was pretty good main character since the characters who supported him (Magoichi, Ginchiyo, Yukimura, Meng Huo etc.) were not justice/virtue biased... |

for me alway SW. I really like the SW story because of nobunaga that was using other officer to take down orochi or to plot against him like he send sakon to meet sun ce to tell were is sun jian was and then tell xiahou dun something about being trustfull in cao pi or something like that. And i got to admit the wei story good to

I voted SW even it's the last story I played! It's interesting how SW story have connection with Wei and Wu storylines. How Nubunaga set a plot to make Sun Ce goes against Orochi and help Cao Pi build up his force. and the most priceless is when he attacks Guan Du while Kenshin and Shingen distract the Orochi force and at the end he says he's grateful. Wow...! And in other stage he faces off with the two greatest strategists of the three kingdoms era. I think it's brilliant. My second fav is Wu story! Family affairs! Great stuff 3rd Shu: the fisrt story I started with! It's funny with Xing Cai and Magoichi 4th Wei: Not bad but could have been better! |

For me, it's a toss-up - Shu had a character selection I adored, but Wei's story was just amazing. I think Cao Pi is grand and cool now. Although I do sort of laugh at Cao Cao just showing up. 'Cao Cao, we thought you were dead!' 'Nope.' |

Cao Pi and Nobunaga were just..ingenious in this game. Oh and Cao Cao. Those three kinda played puppetmaster to everything. Zhao Yun and Sun Ce (despite my love for them) were only thinking of themselves. I realize their Lord and father were on the line...but they weren't looking at the huge picture. I enjoyed all the stories, but mostly Wei and SW. |

1st. Samurai (Interesting ..) 2nd. Shu (Shu fan, live with it. Oookk .. storyline.) 3rd. Wei (I hate Wei, but it had a great story.) 4th. Wu (Let's face it, Wu sucks. Order (Just scrolled down the list): Shu Wei Wu SW Rank SW - had the best stages, had a fun mixture of characters to use. Wei - the last stage was awesome (He Fei Castle), love to see Cao Pi working with Mitsunari. Shu - only thing good, Zhao Yun & Sanada both usable, okay storyline. Wu - WTH... some of the stages took like 20mins, actually TWO of the stages took 19-21mins for me (the rescue Sun Jian & Keiji ring the drum thing). Hated Wu story so badly. |
