I think they cannot simply change the helmet since it's based on its look history? Kanetsugu's been my favorite character since long. Usually I was irked with justice-justice characters, but surprisingly I really like him.... He's a pretty straight person, in my opinion. And the kanji 'Love/Ai' printed in his back was quite...:D . |

I really think it depends on how well you can ignore him when he talks about "honor," or err... speaks in general. LOL. I used to be slightly annoyed by him when I first started playing him, mainly becuase he wouldn't shut-up, but once you get used to it and start looking at that personality that's underneath all the honor spaz, Kanetsugu is a great character. Plus, he's hilarious and has a great character design. You have to admit no matter how stupid his quotes are they are still funny/giggle-worthy. At least he's not "card-board" like Nagamasa. Kanetsugu has potential for a personality other than his "honor and love," Nagamasa doesn't. D: I seriously thought I was the only one who noticed Kanetsugu's randomly awesome lips, but I guess I was wrong. AHA. 8D |

^ I feel the same way about him. At first I thought oh nooo another over the top honour/justice character but put aside his obsession with honour and he's pretty cool character. He always cracks me up whenever he mentions honour, he's just one of those guys I can't help but laugh at even at times when he's not meant to be funny! He really has some hilarious quotes *remembers Odawara justice quote* :lol: The great VA in SW2 makes it funny in some way too. I went him for the first time in ages a few days ago and I had forgotten how good his moveset is. Spamming his triangle move was what got me through his dream stage XD I have a thing about his design too, the print like Mitsunari has on his back is sweet! Yeah his lips :lol: I thought they were nice when I saw him too! He's quite cute too! Well you're growing on me Kanetsugu, even though I don't usually like justice characters! HAHA |

Yikes! the 2nd pic is very creepy XD Yesterday i got naoe's 5th weapon.. in that stage, he said love n honor bla.. bla.. so,what i have said that he never talked it is wrong I've tried his C5 too.. i thought it would be an area attack,but it was an individual attack *sighs* |

Kanetsugu. -tsugus =) There's a Kanetsugu week? =| as if he wasn't bad enough. Actually, I lie, I like his moveset(although his C5 was pretty disappointing). It's just irritating how much he goes on about love and honour, then decideds to emo on us and attempt suicide. That's bipolarity right there. Still, at least his SW VA is good. So much better than his WO one... =| |

I personally think his honor love talk is no worse than Tadakatsu and might or Ma Chao and justice. It's just one of those things that some characters get, and I rather enjoy it. Besides, his killer moveset more than makes up for it. Especially with his 5th weapon. Loads off attack power plus ice element. Can you say pwnage?

Big lip haters screw you! <_< Love letter...???!!! XD Gosh i love Kanetsugu! His weapons and movesets are the bomb! His sword attacks are so elegant, it's better if there was fire element! His voice matches him, I actually like his british accent in WO ^^ I actually like his love and honor thing, and the sayings in SW2: Empires (I want the game >>) I like his sayings with Masamune and Ieyasu, overall he's cool and cute :3 |

Ins...er Kanetsugu... I like him, well I like his move set anyway. He no doubt has one of the better C4 combos in the game, and you could quite easily abuse that till the cows come home, it's just that good and effective. His Musou, not bad, covers decent territory although comes at the price of accuracy, it's better to use to clear if you are cornered rather then for offense. I don't mind his R1 attacks either, if used well you can protect yourself from an approaching enemy while hurting them and then opening them up for offense. Great character for move set, although I do tire of the whole honour deal. But, at least it gives good LOLs with Masamune in particular. I just love how he gets into him about it. "Oh great, a world full of Kanetsugu's...just kill me now..." as well as other great lines. :lol: Overall, excellent to use with an average personality, but they use it well with other characters such as Masamune, as well as Keiji picking on him about his silly helmet. |

Kanetsugu is probably one of the worst character in the game. But I still play with him because of his R1 in WO2. The way he swings his sword is just so crap, he hits them on the bottom is well and then moves his sword up.... I hate his long speeches, he is just an annoying character overall. |

I love Kanetsugu~ a lot XD When Samurai Warriors 2 first came out I thought Mitsunari would be my favorite character but then I found Kanetsugu. His moveset is awesome, he has a sexy design, and his english voice is perfect. I agree with Ten that his english voice is much better than the Japanese one. I haven't heard his english voice in Warriors Orochi though. So far I've only played the japanese versions. I bought the english version of WO2 yesterday so I should hear his new voice soon. Sucks that it couldn't stay the same though D: |
