Two of mine are Shu Chapter 2 and Shu Chapter 5. Shu Chapter 2 has very good quotes coming from Magoichi. They really gave him good dialogue in this stage IMO. And though his voice isn't as good as it was, its still not that bad. And he delivers the lines quite well. Besides, I've always liked the chitter-chatter even if it can be most of the time distracting. Shu Chapter 5 is just silly. Because of your army expecting to save Liu Bei and it turns out to be Yuan Shao, hahaha! He turns around thanking you, thinking that you came to save him...Oh yes, also about the ambushes you can prevent. Having to chase 1 individual peon for a short amount of time. It just looks and feels weird that's all. |

SW 1. I don't know why, but I really enjoy this stage. SW 8. Waves and waves of enemies, good dialogue. Wei 1 is also fun, because I don't like Huang Gai. But my favourite is the Wu extra stage set at Komaki-Nagakute. |

SW - Kyushu Just love this stage. The number of generals to kill, the lines, the way its set up opposed to the original. Just one of the best in the game. |

1. Shu Chapter 5-X Battle of Jie Ting: Best stage for getting 4th weapons in my opinion. Use Zhao Yun as the leader and getting weapons for all characters won't take much time. 2. Wei Chapter 5-X Battle of the Five Gates: Everything is closely packed together, plenty of resources, hard to game over (except maybe the Lu Bu part, depending on difficulty level). 3. Wei Chapter 8-X Battle of He Fei Castle: Favourite stage from Dynasty Warriors 5 series, the map is very nicely layed out and plenty of soldiers to kill. |

All final battle stages. I find them to be a bit challenging and quick way to gain lots of points. Wu Gaiden 4. Easiest place to get 4th lvl weapons and smallest pack of enemies to deal with as well. Wei Story 5. What I like about this stage is when Dong Zhuo gets frustrated wondering what the problem was capturing Diao Chan lol. SW Gaident 8. The only thing I like about this stage is the fun of killing alot of enemies that spawn out of the main gates of Bai Da Castle. |

My favorite is when your with Wu (Story Mode.) against Honda Tadakatsu. I think it's Wu story level 6. I really liked other battles, but none of them impressed me as this one. It was a great exciting battle. At first I fought Honda's army, had a bit of trouble with that, then I fought off Tadakatsu twice, (Which was really hard.) just when I thought it was over, Dong Zhuo comes with a horde of reinforcements! Really exciting battle! |

My favorite level is SW Stage 6: Battle of Fan Castlebecause of the song from DW5 and floodgate water dialog with Nobunaga and Hideyoshi. |

Wu first stage, Shu's Cheng Du and the one in Shu which u have to beat Masamune one those are my favorite in levelling up my characters like Wu's first stage to level up my Lv 1 characters (I prefer to use my EXP points on the weapon fusion), then followed by Cheng Du then that Masamune stage to get the 3rd weapon lolz! And I noticed all that 3 stages are with SAMURAI SCANNERS music lol I'm sure it's KOEI's favorite stages as well lolz! EDIT: Yay to Venomizer, oh yeah that Masamune's stage is Shu 5-X thanks Venomizer for reminding me that  That's my favorite stage!! I hate running all the times but in that stage every officer just came to the middle part of the map (a lot of them) so I can just killed them in one blow!

Shu 7-X, Wei 4-X, Wu 5-X, SW 7. :lol: add: Shu 7-X is a very very very ... exciting stage! :lol: Wei 4-X, Wu 5-X are useful for getting weapons, exp and so on. SW 7, as same as SnowMan said, it's so epic in this game! |

Yeah, Liberty, but why those stages are your favorites ? ^^ By the way, I like many stages in WO I never know to decide which to fav more XD Like all the first stages (in each story, maybe more Shu Stage 1 & Wei Stage 1 between the 4, then Wu 1 & SW 1) & THE Stage I usually play for get weapon 4th --> Battle of Hu Lao Gate (Shu Story 6? Battle where you have to save Sun Ce, Zhou Yu & Liao Hua) XD There're again others stages (where there's funny story generally) I like but sorry I'm not going to write the entire list now.. XD |

I'm sorry, I have fixed that mistake.  Yes, you are right. Hu Lao Gate is the sixth stage. I think Hu Lao Gate is a place with many legends. One "Son of Heaven" (the emperor, but didn't call him emperor at that Dynasty) in Zhou Dynasty locked up a ferocious tiger there, then people call that place "Hu Lao". It means tiger cage. In the novel, Liu Bei, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei battle with Lv Bu in front of the Hu Lao Gate. And it become a classic exciting story/plot. |

Well.. Any Stage with the SAMURAI SCANNERS and ANTISPECTER theme...I just love them so.. Oh and all the Story-8 and the respective Gaiden-8X. |

Wu stage 1 is always fun 2 play Wu 7-X cuz u get 2 fight tadagatsu Wei 3-X ninja battle Shu 5 its just a good level Shu 5-X another gd level and also 4 weapons Wu 4-X another gd level 4 weapons Wu 6 its He Fei with Keiji, Zhen Ji and Zhou Tai also easy levels Wei 2 EXP fun also the Nobunaga / Cao Cao cutscene SW 7 I Just Love Wu Zhang Plains SW 8-X I Also Just Love Bai Di Castle (Also The Music) |

I feel that I've chosen my favorite stage, and its Wei's Odawara. Such great music, great quotes and interaction from Mitsunari and Cao Pi. Plus the stage event layout. |

Hmm I dont remember is name, but one of my fave stages was Wei stage one. But also like all the Gaiden X stages. I haden't played DW seriously since 3, and moved on to Samurai warriers. So it was cool playing characters I used to play all the time and in familier stages, like Diao chan's escape lvl. |

yeah i think its wei or sengoku gaiden 5 anyway it is nagashino i trained EVERYONE on that lvl and also my 4th weapon lvl was the Hu Lao Gate |

1--my favorite is fire river because there are so many officers in that stage and i love killing. 2-- is honnoji i dont know why i just love that stage. 3--Is hu lao gate,it brings back memories when i fight on that stage. |
