Posts: 6,846 Group: Admins Member #3,636 Joined: October 5, 2006 Gender Male	I'm loving his new design, he still looks very fierce and like someone intimidating - which is what he should look like. And since SW3 is a tweaked version move-wise, we can expect him to still be so menacing. Now I wonder what his scenes will be like and if they will do him justice. He seems to pronounce every damn syllable. Though he's still badass and his daughter makes up for it ;P And I agree LDZ. I'm also digging his new design even though it's not decked out in armour. He still looks like he can get some business done. Though, I want his music to inspire a little fear this time and get the adrenaline going because it's usually been, "Oh, special music. There's Tadakatsu.". So yeah, just raise the volume on it a bit.

So yeah, just raise the volume on it a bit. Perhaps. I know what you mean, Lu Bu's has fear, Tadakatsu's has always sounded too heroic/glorius. Perhaps they need to pull off a moody Lu Bu/DW4 track then - my fave. Judging from the music in the vid, it looks like we'll be getting similar instrumental music to SW2, which is great.

He's one of the characters I consider my mains, so it helps that he looks good again . I just didn't like his SW2 look, it was like Lu Bu in DW6: simply to over the top, he looked like a walking tin man and the mail flairs/pants were just ugly! Heyya!:D Posts: 1,011 Group: Members Member #221 Joined: December 27, 2005 Gender Male	I've always liked Tadakatsu, He can be scaryy at times but he's a good character. Im luving his SW3 deisgn, and his helmet is cool.I think his deisgn has more of a balance in this one.

For one, he is fully decked out in armor, as he should be. But on the flip side it doesn't look so bulky. His SW2 armor looked like it weighed him down alot. This on the other hand maeks him look more maneuverable.

The only thing I don't like about his SW2 outfit is the antlers which is too small and short IMO. Can't wait to listen to his new theme. I hope it will pump my adrenaline when fighting him I just hope his AI in this game is better than SW2. It will be more fun that way fighting him fiercely while listening to his theme song

I've been waiting for this Posts: 944 Group: Members Member #9,453 Joined: September 1, 2007 Gender Male	^WTF... annyway, i prefer his sw2 outfit somehow, but he still look great whit his new outfit o.o i disagree whit those who say tadakatsu should have a "fear" theme or a lu bu wanna be it just wouldn't fit and i think his theme is great like it is cause it sound like a fight song unlike lu bu theme which take forever to actually start and then just go crazy whit guitar , the only lu bu theme that was great and felt like a fight song was the one in the WO serie cause it was lively and energetic unlike the other ... anyway that's my opinion my vote would goes too, great moveset/personality. moveset: his c3 (if you know how to control it) is just to powerful against officer and his c4 is a decent clowd clearer personality: his loyal side and sense of justice is just awesome lol insert lu bu bashing and the fact that he is calm and that he sometimes say great sentence of advice(kind of) so for me its the best character and i can't wait to play sw3, but first... go steal brother wii Edited by RANDOM_N00B, Sep 7 2009, 10:03 AM.

But I pretty sure that Tadakatsu won't be available to pick from beginning. I guess you need to clear some other characters musou first, maybe Ina's Musou or Ieyasu's musou.
