I personally prefer Kessen III's Mitsuhide, but SW's aren't bad. Pretty much what I was thinking of when I use him except the last part because I don't own Kessen III. He kinda reminds me of Zhou Yu's style of figthing but he isn't better like him I suppose.

I don't think they can better his character from Kessen III. I would really love to see more of his earlier, prior Oda Nobunaga betrayal days; make it a bigger deal that he turned his back on them for what he thought was greater ambition. That's where I think his character needs to be, and why I like some others rate his Kessen III one far better. He is almost too much of a good guy in SW for my liking, I really just don't think he should be that good...

He was so sure of what he was doing, but his SW2 version just failed. WO was an improvement, but nothing compared to the SW1 version of him.
	I hereby vow, on March 4th, 2009, that if I encounter a spammer and lose twice in a row, my Brawl disc will be shattered to peices and I will have photographic proof. This will remain in my sig until said event happens.

He's a little too unsure of himself in SW2. In SW1 he seemed like he had a reason for killing Nobunaga and didn't feel guilty about it. Then again Oda was potrayed as a really evil person too. I just hope in SW3 they change around his moveset to make it look like he could actually take on Oda and not get his a** kicked. I'm not sayin give him the energy stuff but maybe have his own silvery aura on some things, Or give him a move with a lighsaber effect like Liu Bei's musou from DW3.

I'm also not especially fond of his personality as its basically set on choosing another path away from Nobunaga and revolting against him, so I don't know what to really make of it. His MS is also just really stylish.

His moveset was better in SW2 but his personality was better in SW1 and so was his voice. In SW1 he was more determined to make a difference and more opposed to Nobunaga instead of the fawning toady with a self-esteem problem which summed up his SW2 persona. His moveset in SW2 is just devastating. KOEI please make Mitsuhide's personality his SW1 for SW3 and keep his SW2 moveset and bring back his SW1 voice.

I used to hate him for what he did to Nobunaga in SW1, but that's because Nobunaga had a clear personality and ambition and obvious skill. SW2's Nobunaga is pretty much a nobody, so Mitsuhide's betrayal ends up meaning nothing to me, leaving just a (sort of sexy :S) flakey, unstable traitor. Red Knight fawning toady with a self-esteem problem Exactly :lol: He first obsesses over Nobunaga. Then he decides he can do better than Nobunaga. Then he betrays Nobunaga. Then he decides he can't do better than Nobunaga. Then he gets angry with Magoichi for killing Nobunaga. Then he decides he can do better than Nobunaga after all. If there's one thing I can't stand, it's a flake. And Mitsuhide is a total flake, beaten only by that idiot Nagamasa XD

I though he moveset in SW2 was alright but far from the best. His personality is pretty average to me and his story is a little weird. He just keeps changing his mind and it doesnt flow as well as some other stories

He changes his personal convictions and beliefs remarkably quickly. I don't know what possessed KOEI to interfere with his previous personality, his story isn't as comprehensible, hopefully that will change.

His story isn't that bad, and it's really easy to build up combos as him. I just didn't like his fetish with Ranmaru. I had several ideas about that. Anyway, in SW2 Slight improvement, same things. A big of new things. Still a great choice. I much preferred his old stuff on the first SW though.

Revisit SW 1 and make him a good guy stuck on a bad guy's force again. Of course, this means Nobunaga will need to be evil again, which, honestly, I would prefer anyway. 2. Go the more historical route, and just make him a loyal soldier in the first part of his story mode. Then, as Nobunaga begins to show him disrespect, he starts to get ticked off. They could also embellish the story some and make him jealous of other officers (Hideyoshi in particular, as it would set up a very emotionally charged Battle of Yamazaki) who he sees as being favored more than him by his lord. Eventually something pushes him to the breaking point, and he turns on Nobunaga. Oh, and he needs a voice actor who can, you know, ACT.
