History will bow before me... Posts: 398 Group: Members Member #6,331 Joined: March 26, 2007	For me it's Sekgahara Sun Quan cornered me and used his R1, leaving Ieyasu with red life, but before I can change character Zhou Tai shows up and finished me. I felt pretty bad that time

Actively Retired Posts: 4,070 Group: Members Member #7,393 Joined: May 17, 2007 Gender Male	As soon as I got the game, I attempted Chaos & Hard modes on Wu Stage 1 ... yea, didn't last very long. <_< I think the first batch of archers had rapid fire or something. When I finally found a way to avoid the arrows, I got peon poked to death. <_< Now, the only time I get defeated is if the commander (or Peasants <_< - stupid peasants) dies because I ignored the pleas for help or if I get infinitely juggled by 5 officers at once. <_<

He activates it every once in awhile, but the only person to hit me with their specials (so far) was Keiji <_< "Chew on this!" Of course, I'm sure we all have our "Orochi C1 - one-shot kill" stories ... <_<

We were killing, blah blah blah, and there were a few "The commander is struggling!" Messages. We're both just like "lol, we have a ton of morale and allies by him, etc." So the battle's basically over, and we all start running to Orochi...when I notice Sun Jian has no life. Literally, like his life bar had nothing visible in it. He died to Orochi...faggot.

I managed to kill all of the 8 or something generals attacking me, which is actually the wrong way to complete the battle, or at least complete it easily. Anyways, I then went for Cao Ren and he killed me.

Guan Ping died, therefore I lost. I also lost the third time I played that stage as well. There is also one death that was really memorable to me. I was playing as Hanzo, and I was waiting for Lu Bu to come charging at me, so I could use Hanzo's R1 counter. Lu Bu basically grab me and reduce my entire health point to zero. From that point, I learned that it's not a good idea to wait for the enemy to attack, especially if that enemy is Lu Bu.

I wanted to see how tough it was going to be and I learned that the hard way when I got killed in 2 hits. I usually don't die playing this game only when I am on a higher difficulty settings or if my commander dies like Sun Jian does in Wu Story 8 alot. >_>

Mercenary General Posts: 3,510 Group: Moderators Member #5,908 Joined: March 5, 2007 Gender Male	well, uhh, i dont think ive died, as of yet, my brother has though, hes crap at these games, even though hes 2 years older than me the only time i lose is because of the commander dieing, a perfect example was in shu 2? i think, where you have to save yue ying, cause the other commander stayed back to kill more people, and then yue ying went forward to get to the escape, but then they bothe die, cause im either busy trying to save one, and the other dies, or bloody pang de comes along and kills ying :angry:

Zuo Ci told me not to go through the gate. I went through the gate. 8 generic officers + A Cao Ren continued to rape me for several minutes before Cao Ren finished me with his R1. It was terrible. Listen to Zuo Co he is kinda smart.

Then I had to switch out to Xiahou Dun (Lv.48?) I went to storm Masamune's cannon base and he caught me in the air.. just kept juggling me until I was K.O'ed. <_<

Yeah, they did step up the difficulties of Hard/Chaos quite a bit in this game. Probably due to the fact that you can switch between 3 characters, and have nearly 3 life bars each ;>.>
