I'm kinda the same. I've always been curious to when Koei would finally make a DW and SW cross-over.

I'm not disappointed by it, I think it's a good game.

Same as Lu Bu Jr. To see the crossover. It's not the best, but it's not bad either.

^ This ...

The chance to have DW + SW together in one game is convenient for me. But the biggest reason is to be able to play Lu Bu & Tadakatsu together in the same game or against each other.

The other game features also interested me ... like the tag team system (= win) and the weapon fusion (= mega win). I'd followed the info trail on this game since it was 1st posted here on KW, so getting the game was the only logical conclusion

I just loved the idea of mixing them all and playing with 3 at once. I loved the Dynasty and Samurai games but no matter how good the graphics get you get bored of playing the likes of Chi Bi time and time again.

This came along as a much refreshing change and seeing how all the characters would come together means that for the first time in my life i pre-ordered a game - Warriors Orochi :D

I bought it simply because I love both the DW and SW series. :)

I was pretty excited about the prospect of all the characters being in one game with a brand new story and stages, as well as being able to use 3 people per battle, so that was also another reason for me to buy it. :D

To see what SW and DW combined game would be like. SW and DW is pretty cool game and I thought if they got combined there will be more modes and storymode but it was nothing like that. It still a good game. I sometimes still play it even though I completed it.

Probably due to two reasons: One that I love the Warrior games, and two, that of to fill my collection, I suppose.

to be honest i had questions of this game. i said to myself, what? what is this? but i got it and after i played it i can say yes they should have done this long ago. crossing the two together and adding a new force from the evil depths makes for more mayham.

now why not have a game called Warriors Orochi Empires? have a map of japan and china combined. and orochi clan could be located in both areas.

anyway, i got this game basically to see the crossover and to continue my devotion for Koei. nuff said..

I wanted to see how a crossover would work, since I've had thoughts and ideas how to bring the two universes together for a while. I haven't regretted my choice since. ^_^

Well, I love DW and SW, so why not a crossover? I've been waiting for one since I played SW2.

Now, the reason would be for Orochi! :P Frikking cool uber bad guy.

I bought it because I was interested in how the crossover would be, that was good and all but *prepares to get shot* it wasn't really that impressive of a game thus i returned it two days later...

It's interesting to see crossover of DW and SW. Also because it will have an original storyline too, which is a huge step.

My brother and I had actually been talking one day about a DW and SW crossover while we was playing the game. About a week later, I found out one was going to be made. I had to see how it would turn out!

I randomly saw Warriors Orochi at a Gamestop soon after it was released. I bought it to see what a DW/SW crossover game would be like.
