I can’t get enough of Koei so I bought WO1 and WO2. I also wanted to see the crossover between DW and SW. The fact that all my favorite characters in SW and DW in one game made me feel excited! I am also intrigued with the interaction of SW and DW characters as well as the cool stages that I get to see in the game.

I noticed dynasty warriors characters but then I saw "new people". This was how I got into SW! :D I was all like O.O

FUUUSSIIOOOONNNN-HAH!

No really, I loved the fusion, awesome idea, plus I wanted to keep expanding my Koei collection. Right now, I think I'm at over 10 games, which is pretty good. :D

Plus, I couldn't miss the Lu Bu x Tadakatsu party!

Because I'm a fan of the Warriors series. Besides, those WO exclusive characters are awesome. Though no one can be as awesome as Fu Xi and Nu Wa :D

A friend lent me the PC discs for WO1, and I liked it enough to eventually buy WO2 for the PS2 version.

I would've voted for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th options in the poll. Being a long time fan of the musou series, there was absolutely no way around it. I love it.

Only two reasons.

1. I love both Dynasty Warriors & Samurai Warriors

2. I love series crossovers (any kind)

I first saw it on something at a stall in an anime convention and the game hadn't been released yet. X3 But the picture was of Sun Shang Xiang and it just looked SO awesome to see that design and I liked how it looked so different to her original design. So I had been anticipating to get it. I loved how how magical and mysterious it seemed. I am very impressed with the game, its one of my favourite Warriors games!

Yeah, As I expected, "To see how a DW and SW crossover will look like" gets the most votes. Which is mine too. ^_^ That sounds cool.

My cousin godbrother had it on his PSP, that's why I tried getting the first one. It was fun for a while, but when I finished all the stories... I had enough of it. As for WO2, it was mainly because since the PSP port contains the MOZ features, I wondered how Sanzang and Benkei sound in English, and surprisingly... their voice actors fit so much. :D I played WO2 more than WO1 since it has easier requirements to gain the Gallery images before I eventually got tired of seeing the DW5/SW2 designs by default.

My cousin love Koei games until he gave me Warriors Orochi. I bought Warriors Orochi 2, I love Himiko and Sun Wukong move set. I brought Warriors Orochi 3, I still on the story mode.

I got used to fighting with Tadakatsu Honda in SW2:XL, so I figured I'd see what Lu Bu was about when I first got Warriors Orochi back in 2007.

To see how a DW and SW crossover will look like. Especially how the characters from both universes interacted with each other.

because it's AWESOME

at least that's how it begins, come WO2 i just bought it for the SW2XL characters (because i literally had stopped wasting money on SW after SW2 ruined SW1) and the original characters like Wu Kong, come WO3 it's just for crossover guests, and original WO3 characters(because SW3 sucked balls even more than SW2, not even going to touch those characters), i got so burned out afterwards that i have zero interest in subsequent WO3 expansions

WO was great at first, but the DW vs SW gets old real fast....

Wanting to know how the Dynasty Warriors characters played, since I did not have Dynasty Warriors 5 available where I was at.
