Alternatively, you could do the following:

Select the first clip in your movie and click the "Set Audo Levels" button.

Drag the marker all the way to the right (if want the music only).

I find it much easier and convenient.

I have never used that

does that not mute the song you want in as well, because it seems more of a general thing ;)

EDIT: oh, nvrm, I see it says the audio from video as well as from the music :P
I'll probably stick with my method though. Sometimes you might want 1 or 2 clips to be heard, and muting the rest allows that to happen easier -_-

Well in my opinion, wmm is the easiest movie maker for beginners to learn. The only bad part is that it starts to become laggy if there is too much clips.

Yeah, It would keep crashing, so now I use TrakAx to make videos. If you have the money or if you haven't tried the 30 day free trial, nothing much beats Adobe Premiere Elements. But really is this tutorial neccessary? If people get stumped or confused on how to silence the audio they shouldn't be making videos, but instead try something more their pace, say fingerpainting?

The biggest movie I ever made was 45 minutes in length, and it turned out fine.

I pretty much use movie maker all the time, I just don't have the patience to learn Adobe Premiere Pro.

Since this is related to WMM, I guess I might as well ask here.

I currently have a problem where when I add a clip to the timeline, it only plays once, then both audio and video give out when I add another clip. Any solutions?

I know about WMM, and Adobe Premier, but I've never heard of anything called 'sanadas'. What is it, or did I misunderstand your post? Your spelling makes it difficult to read your post.
