I want to know how this game as the gamerole like playing World of Warcraft and any other games? A. No! Dynasty Warriors Online is NOT MMORPG at all! It is an MMO Hack' n' Slash Game. So you will not have to choose skills, classes, or kill monsters for EXP... Instead, you will start at your house, go into city to buy stuffs and talk with your friends. Then, talk to NPC for battles, choose your weapon and get into battle with your friends and fight with other players from Japan or any other countries. It's like the PvP game, basically with Dynasty Warriors stuffs on it. You can also do quests (in Dynasty Warriors style... like kill X officer, take Y base, etc.) to get usable items then sell for money or use it on your own as well. Q. Is this game only on PC? A. At this moment, Dynasty Warriors only available on PC and not on any consoles... I should say that, please do not rush on typing... It takes me sometime to read... x.x @4th Weapon That topic is in "Achieve," I did not do that, probably a Global Moderator did. However, it is still available here. Also, that DWBB review by Chin is totally outdated by now. He reviewed since like Nov 2006. All functions had been changed since then. DWO has a lot of changes. What are the 2 things you need to type in to delete a character? A. When you delete character, the first one asking for your character's name (IGN) and the second one asking for your hometown's name (the one with 2 Kanjis after the dot of your name). You have to put hometown's name exactly in Japanese. Use my guide or the table in "Translation" section for the aid... Q. Can you make more then one character? If so, how? A. Only accounts that create with Yahoo! BB (prior May 2007) can create up to 5 characters (Thanks to 那亜 for clearify on this) in one account. For the new players after May 2007, including us, can create only one character per one account and one e-mail address. What do you mean "If you keep using a particular weapon, the number of times that you can remodel is INCREASE!"? A1. Okay... Look at image below... You will see the "Redesign" slots with 0/3, and if you look at "Usage Counters" column, you will see that I used that weapon 200 times already. 200 Usages = 3 Slots, I have to use that weapon another 4 times (to make counter 204 Usages) to gain another "Redesign" slots to 4 slots. Since you need 51 Usages to gain ONE "Redesign" Slot... Q2. How can I get stones? Please tell me all the ways. A2. There are THREE ways at this time: A. Do clashes, higher difficulty will have more change to get stones. B. Use "Musou Coins" to buy stones (However, at this moment, I have problem to get "Musou Coins" lately...) C. Do the limited time quest "新たな年へ − To A New Year (Rank: C)" to get some stones. (Can be done only once for stones, unless you keep "Switching Force") - This method only able to do up to February 20th, 2008... Then you have only TWO ways to gain stones after that. Q3. Is it possible to get third weapons in battle? A3. I guess you play only in BEGINNER battles (新参). That's why you never get R3 weapons. You need to move to higher difficulty battle to get better weapons. (新参 = Lv 1 ~ 2 Weapons, 熟練 = Lv 2 ~ 3 Weapons, 精鋭 = Lv 3 ~ 5 Weapons) Also, if you lose battles in 熟練 (Normal) or 精鋭 (Expert) difficulties, you lose ALL WEAPONS & CLOTHINGS that you (and your teammates) found during the battles! Also, bewarned... Higher difficulty = Facing higher skill players/higher ranks players. Therefore, I would recommanded that you should practice until you are win a lot more battles, then move on! Q4. What is the max EXP points? A4. You know what? I don't know! I saw a player in Shu has 70,000+ 義 (War XP) and that's the highest in server! I think probably like 99,999 義 or so. However, there is no point to go beyond 50,000+ 義 as that point, you obtain the highest available rank. I am only up to 30,000+ 義 now (Despired that I played like crazy last month).... Trust me, to gain that high, it takes time... really LOOOOOOOOOOOONG time! Hope that's all you need! Sincerely, Pan2007 ~ Pan2008 (February 3rd, 2008)

How do i re-activate the armor and what other things will happend if i change faction? A. This is like 2 in 1 question, so there is 2 parts to answer... I. When you switch the fraction, you will lose NOTHING except the following... 義が200以上なら、1/5を失う War EXP more than 200, lost 1/5 (20%) of that EXP 義が200未満なら、変化しない War EXP less than 200, it does not change 身分か衛士以下まで下かる You will be rank at 衛士 or below 服飾がすベて封印される All armors are seals. *仲買商に出品しているすベての品が失われる All items selling in Pawn Shop will be lost. (If you have some items on sale there) Basically, you lose 20% XP, have to do all promotion quests again, lose items if Pawn Shop, and all armors are sealed... II. To unseal the armors, go to 仕立て職人 (Taylor Clothing Seller NPC) and choose SECOND OPTION. Select the armor that you want to unseal and choose はい (Yes) to unseal that piece of armor. You can unseal only one by one at a time, and each part that you need to unseal, cost 軍資金 (War Fund) as well. I think this is better way to answer the question... I have a couple of questions, though, that maybe somebody could answer. 1. I have tried to click on the friendship button on one of my friends and it doesnt add it to my list. Is there something I'm doing wrong? 2. When I try to make a party with someone, it says something in japanese but the party button in the menu is greyed so I don't think it made a party. How does this work. Do those states have to be set to anything special? Thank you very kindly, -M@DD Edit: I've put this in the wrong section it seems, my apologies.

If you ever play other online games, the major part of distribution is via DOWNLOAD CLIENT from official website! I already answered such similar question in FAQ section! Quote: Q. Do you have to buy the game from the store like GameStop or EB Games or do you download the game onto your computer from online? Can you send me the website where you download the game if you do download it from online? A. Since Dynasty Warriors Online is only available to Japan and in Asia regions (Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) as of December 2007 (and probably even a year later). Of course, you cannot get this game from EB Games or any Western-regions stores yet. However, you can download and play it without any problem as long as you have Japanese fonts to display with (unless you are using Windows Vista, which already included all languages for you). You can download the game... by reading this guide here! But, please check Minimum Requirement first before you even go through those steps or else you will just regret for downloading the game client for so long, but unable to play it! I think if you click on the wrong difficulty battles, you cannot get in! For beginners, you can do only BEGINNER battles (新参) or NORMAL battles (熟練)! That's because the EXPERT (精鋭) battles, you need the weapon with 19 slots upgraded in order to get in! Also, if you click right before server close time (for maintainance or whatever), you cannot do any battles! Sincerely, Pan2007 ~ Pan2008 (March 9th, 2008)

The odd thing is, I can invite him, and he can click the alert box and then accept, but whenever he tries to invite me, I get nothing. Nothing at all pops up on my screen, I get no choices to accept or refuse, and no alert boxes or anything. Anyone know why this might be?
	Suddenly I heard a tapping, as if someone was gently rapping. Rapping, at my chamber door. You heard the rapping, right?

This can be odd, but there is one requirement before any player can do anything! All players MUST do the "First Battle" quest (初参戦) and go to talk to commander and choose the commander you wanted to serve with first before the friend/party invitation menu can be selectable on Player's menu! Nobody can just jump in and add anybody right the way without do the Beginner stuffs first! @Ero-Sannin Q.When starting, the game come to one page, which tells you to go to the gamecity.co.jp site, and not be able to play the game? Because it keeps doing it to me, I push the button to begin, and get to where all the update pages are supposed to be, but then it takes me back to the start menu. A. This can happen to any players at anytimes, that auto-patch hate you to do the patch. If that happen to you, then you have to the slower way of patching... I described in this post to response "baconator" questions (marked "@baconator")... http://z13.invisionfree.com/koeiwarriors/i...dpost&p=3755912 The another way is just go to C:\Program Files\Koei\Shin SangokuMusou Online (or if you install to different folder for DWO, choose that directory). Then, click on filechk.exe to start this "File Checker" program. It will take an hour or two to complete though, but it will be able to patch the game files as needed. Full 4 on 4 fight you will get 8 xp if you lose and are last, 10 xp if you win and are last usualy, depending how bad you did. Solo battles if you capture a base you will get 4 xp for the fight, same goes for quests. As for your bodyguard, how did you lose it? Did you dismiss them in your house? if so they are gone for good.

Your computer is NOT detect the controller, so you cannot set the setting for it. Make sure you check the controller connection. Maybe you may need to reinstall the controller driver (assuming that if you are using the USB controller). However, if you have no controller then... Why bother that part? The keyboard/mouse setting CANNOT be change! (Keyboard & Mouse buttons are FIXED!) Sincerely, Pan2007 ~ Pan2008 (April 10th, 2008)
