Ok, I got everything working!! I am totally lost though. When I got to character creation, I couldn't use any english letters in my name. Is that right? So I switched the keyboard to "kana" and my in-game name is "qwe" off the kana keyboard. I'm not sure what server i am on either, but I would really like to meet up with you guys. I have no problem starting a character over to be on the same server as everyone. How can I talk english in-game? The guide that was created was extremely helpful, it was godly in helping me download the game and make an account. It just skipped character creation though. Hope to see you guys in game. |

If you have the Language Bar floating on your Desktop (like i do), Hold ALT, then press SHIFT to change the language. |

on the weapon thing, (not sure if its in the weapon guide but) when you have a normal weapon, after having one star on each attributes, whats next? I cant add anymore stones to it and it only has 1 star on each attribute |

Please DO NOT blindly just upgrade weapons on all stats! Yep, I mean it! If you do that, you will NOT able to get "????" which means that you will NOT able to obtain the Attack x2, Defense x2, and Speed MAX boost at all! [br] When you upgrade in the blacksmith, this process consumes the War Fund (In-Game Money) AND the Gem Stones! For each upgrade, it will start with the usage of 1 stone, then 2, then 3, 4, and 5... (5 is the MAX upgrade onto one stat). Therefore, let says if you want to upgrade the Attack Stat with 4 stars, you need 1+2+3+4 = 10 Ambers (The gem that has ant inside)! Also, each upgrade will cost more as you upgrade into higher stars and also more expensive for higher Rank of weapons. Sincerely, Pan2007 ~ Pan2009 (May 3rd, 2009) |

Ok, 3rd day playing. I find this game very cool. I'm just hoping that I will be able to adapt more as time goes on. Right now i'm accepting missions from a guy outside my house. I just had to destroy pots in a base. They had some classic DW music playing. |

Hello i am chronolavos and i am playing this game for about 2 weeks now, and i have a few questions if you dont mind 1: What are the 2 things in the second column way down? I lvled up one of those thanks to alchemy but the other one is still not moveable. 2: What happens when you take outside you bodyguard? Second choice from your bodyguard rank B. 3: Which option is the one for repairing the weapon in the blacksmith? 4: And Finally this is a question for Pan when are you planning on release the new guide? because it way outdated but your work is really good and for that you have my thanks. Hi everyone, i've a question about In Game. Today, a red message with (time?) appears in chat. I don't know what it is but there was a time like this (30...) and after he decrease and the message reappear. The time between brackets decrease too. Someone can explain me what is it? Thanks for your reply.^^ NB: I took a screen but contents of chat doesn't appear -_-'. and sorry for my english, i'm french XD. Ampacher. edit by me: it was a system message... Those red messages are telling the players that the server will shut down for maintenance. The time you saw (30...) was how much was left for the server to close. After that you won't be able to play this game for like 6 or 7 hours. |

Eugh, I read previous post on "transmigration ball"... what possible ways are there to get it? do I need musou coins? is it a random drop only? can i get it from the pawn shop? hope this doesn't turn into an "illegal danish" haha... Hmm... It seems that you have a problem with promotion quest. When there is "War (aka. Fight)" on a particular weekends, after Wednesday, ALL OFFICERS except commanders (Cao Cao, Sun Quan, and Liu Bei) will NOT be in the office! They will walking around the town in any of those 3 gates (East - Usually smallest area, Central - The one with tall building at center, West - The area with the water area). If you want to do promotion quest badly (especially for 500 XP, 2000 XP, 10000 XP as those will make you able to use higher ranks of weapons), then you have to stand and wait around the city area and seek for your commander. However, if you can wait, wait until "War" is over. Then, you can proceed quest normally by obtain the quests from your officer just like you obtained the quests from him/her. (The promotion quest name is [Rank Name]昇格試練. @Zola Dane Well, since the DWO changed from Battle of Guan Du (V. 1.3XX) to Battle of Chi Bi (Ver. 2.0XX), you are now no longer able to defect without the Transmigration Ball (転生玉) In order to defect, you have to collect stamps from officer, each day, everyday, for 2 months (60 days) to fill whole 2 Musou Board. [To check this, F12 > 1st > 1st > 2nd to last option and it will tell which officer will give you stamp on that day] After you fill each board, exchange those stamps for items by go to any officers and press the 3rd option. You will get new board once you filled 30 stamps and officer will give you new board with new set of item list. After you filled 2 boards and exchanged items... As soon as you walk out, you will meet Zuo Ci to give you the "Transmigration Ball." Once you got that, you have to go back to your house, turn right, choose first option, then click on 2nd option, choose the ball and pick the location to put it into your house. Now, even you installed the ball, you are NOT able to defect IF you are still selling items in Pawn Shop. Therefore, you can defect only if you have the Ball and you don't have anything on sale via Pawn Shop. (This rule only applied to those players who has passed the "School Training Level," which is 200 XP and above. Beginners who has less than 200 XP are exempt from this rule.) Thanks!(I completed the promotion quest, i had to defeat Sun Quan). For the Level 4 promotion quest, will it be at the same place as the level 3 promotion quest? |

For next promotion quests you have to go to your commander and get the right one (it has the name of your next rank in it's description). Download Pan2009 guide to know the basic of japanese for this game. |

Thanks for the reply Hares999 I've got another question I'm following Pan2009's guide for registering up to dynasty warriors online and i've got up to the point where you have to wait 2 hours for the game to download but when it starts downloading, after a few seconds a little screen with japanese writing comes up with yes and no at the bottom when i click no it stops the whole downloading process when i click yes the screen goes away but the game won't download anybody know what's going on? Since the new episode "The Battle of Chi Bi" patch was installed people can't install this game at any time. Most of the times the server is not available or it is doing maintenance. Change your computer language to japanese and keep trying until it works. Good Luck!!! |

It's impossible to switch eras since those ones are already over. You can only switch eras when this current one is over too. The way to do it is the same one when you defect to another force. |
