Whoa now that is unexpected, PS2 is still getting new releases, and one based off a next gen game?? Nice find, I do wonder however if there would be a noticeable quality drop from the product, still, great news for those holding onto their PS2s like me! |

No, it's just saying it's based on the Gundam Musou that was released for PS3/360. This is Gundam Musou ported to PS2 with new scenarios and MS. Something to Ni-pah about indeed! |

In the end, I guess this news does give a bit more credence to the notion of how Gundam Musou was, at its heart, a PS2 game that got upscaled into a next-gen game. Now Koei's just doing more to "put it back where it once belonged", if nothing else, to try and gain more sales. |

Looks like 2008 will be another year for mecha with this and SRWOG Endless Frontier being announced. Now to wait for what anime will be announced as well... |

Uhh... I doubt it, Inspector. I bet they don't have remaining space if they follow GM's steps for DW6 (read: Making a DW6XL for PS2...) |

Can anyone show me the images of new Gundam characters and their name? They look so cool, 1 of them is the same as Yukimura Sanada :D, and 1 is same as Tadakatsu |

So far the only new playable MS known is the Musha Gundam Mk-II, and you can see it in this site. For more possible additions, please stay tuned in a few weeks to come. The game has just been revealed today after all... |

Well it's gonna be released on February so it means that it won't have more massive additions since it's 1 month earlier that this one announced
But this is a surprise news already! Namco Bandai is too good, perhaps they're smart?

Aww, you're reducing hope for this game... >_< But anyway, there should be 6 weeks of Famitsu releases where there may be scoop on GMS. Though if they take the usual 2-weekly routine, that would mean 3 times information floats.. |

Cause they announced this a month before it releases so basically I think there's no much changes it'll be since it's targeted for PS2 users with more modes maybe? Anyway, of course we hope all the best for it lol!

I guess this is an indication of how poorly the PS3 is doing in Japan... Oh well, more fun for us PS2'ers. This probably won't happen, but it would be awesome if they made full scale models of the Sangokuden Gundams as playable suits. Wishful thinking.
