Ike's owner Posts: 166 Group: Members Member #16,289 Joined: June 22, 2008 Gender Male	Meh, I noticed quite a few people mentioned Ma Yunlu, but I think that, she (a person that didn't even exist.) would be just a waste, her spot would be much, much more deserved if taken by a famous officer of Shu. A man like Wang Ping, or Zhang Yi(Ni). Maybe even Fa Zheng, but I guess Fa would be just another addition to Shu's line-up of strategists, imagine if they include him and Ma Su, though!

Would she get along with Diao Chan or perhaps detest her? What about Gongsun Du? the subjugation of Korea was probably his greatest achievement. I wonder if they add him, will they put the Korea stage in the game?

DW7: Wei: Cao Hong Yue Jin Yu Jin Li Dian Reason: Cao Hong and Li Dian were both in Cao Cao's army from the beginning and,I believe,did a lot of things. Yu Jin and Yue Jin,well,the remaining officers of the 5 Wei generals. And,readd Pang De. Shu: Jian Yong Mi Fang Mi Zhu Sun Qian Reason: Jian Yong followed Liu Bei from early on,the other three guys came early as well I think from Tao Qian. Wu: Cheng Pu Han Dang Ding Feng Zhu Zhi Reason: 5 Wu veterans together with Huang Gai. That's it. And,either readd Da Qian or cut Xiao Qiao. Others: Zhang Bao Zhang Liang Li Jue Guo Si Yan Liang Wen Chou Chen Gong Gao Shun Gongsun Zan Ma Teng Yuan Shu Liu Biao Liu Zhang Reason: The "other" rulers should now get 2 officers. And for the last 5,there should be new officers as well. And readd Meng Huo and Zhu Rong. DW8 Wei: Xun Yu Guo Jia Xun You Man Chong Cao Xiu or Jia Xu Reason: Strategist love for the early generation...either add Cao Xiu or Jia Xu,no matter who. Shu: Liao Hua Yan Yan Liu Feng Meng Da Reason: Some of the "later" Shu guys. Not so late,but well. They could make a nice betrayel story with Mi Fang,Meng Da and Liu Feng. Wu: Lu Su (!) Dong Xi Jiang Qin Chen Wu Xu Sheng Reason: Lu Su must be in the game. He was the strategist after Zhou Yu. Jiang Qin was very long at Wu. And Dong Xi,I don't really know a reason. Chen Wu was a famous general I believe. At least I saw him often in DW. As well as Xu Sheng. Others: Ji Ling Gongsun Yue Han Sui Huang Zu Zhang Ren Reason: Just to give the new rulers from DW7 one officer... DW9 (last one before going after Wu Zhang Plains!) Wei: Cao Rui Cao Xiu or Jia Xu Cao Zhen Xiahou Shang Reason: Cao Rui will take over after Cao Pi. Cao Xiu or Jia Xu,well,depending on who was added before,the other one will follow. Cao Zhen was Wei's commander and Xiahou Shang was there for a long time now... Shu: Liu Shan (Yeah!) Zhang Bao Guan Xing Guan Suo Reason: Liu Shan will take over from Liu Bei. The other 3 just for the new generation. Readd Xing Cai if you want. Wu: Zhang Zhao Ma Zhong Pan Zhang Zhou Fang Zhu Ran Reason: Zhang Zhao advised Sun Quan to declare himself emperor,I believe. Ma Zhong and Pan Zhang were the two who captured Guan Yu,I think. And Zhou Fang was that guy that won Shi Ting. Zhu Ran,well,Yi Ling. Others: Gongsun Du Gongsun Kang Gongsun Gong Reason: Why not put these? I can't think of any. DW10 (PAST WU ZHANG) Wei: Sima Shi Sima Zhao Deng Ai Zhong Hui Xiahou Mao Reason: The two Simas should be added now. Deng Ai and Zhong Hui,I don't have to say much. Xiahou Mao,well,give him a chance to redeem himself. Shu: Readd Jiang Wei Wang Ping Ma Su Xiahou Ba Zhang Yi Reason: All great Shu generals,maybe except Ma Su,but he was at least famous. Wu: Lu Kang Zhuge Jin Zhuge Luo (Ke) Lu Dai Sun Shao Reason: Advisers of Wu and I think they were important somewhere later in Wu. And Lu Dai was Wu's great general or so. Sun Shao can be added now...(I mean that Yu Shao or so) Others: Anyone. Well,quite a big list,right? I don't expect that to happen,just a "few" thoughts. Can't remember which one but I think one of them had a spear called the Serpent Spear when I read the DW3 Description of them in encyclopedia (or was it just my imagination...? I'm not so sure about the spear...) Also I'm not sure why but I think He Jin could be in the game. He was in the Yellow Turban Rebellion and the Ten Eunuchs level from one of the Xtreme Legends expansions. Of course that would only put him in two battles but still... I think maybe for Shu they could do Shamoke. Yes he was only in one battle but he did kill Gan Ning (apparently. I only have DW3. And it's also broken. ) Shu could do with Wang Ping. I noticed him become an officer of his own after a lot of battles as an officer under an officer. Wei could have ~~Cao Pi~~ oh I forgot he's in DW5. Maybe just another Cao because there are so many non playable ones. And for a bonus character, a guy called Sun Tzu. I know he isn't Chinese, but I seriously thought he was an unlockable character in DW3 because the manual had some quote by him and because there was Sun Jian, I assumed there was another in the Sun family. He could have his Art of War book as his weapon and weapons would fly out of his book like a storm of arrows or several flying swords...

Koei's barely giving them attention, even in ROTK (they deserve much higher stats). And with Yu Jin added, Fan Castle's more complete (Cao Ren, Pang De, Xu Huang and Yu Jin were the stars) Li Dian: If Yue Jin gets added, Li Dian should also be added. Would be great for He Fei Guo Nuwang: Wei needs more females, and Guo Nuwang would add more drama to Cao Pi's and Zhen Ji's stories Xun Yu, Xun You and Guo Jia: Wei's got plenty of warriors, they need more strategists, and these 3 made many contributions to Wei. Maybe even add Cheng Yu or Jia Xu Deng Ai, Chen Tai and Zhong Hui: Of course, Koei should consider going beyond the Wu Zhang Plains and add Jiang Wei's campaigns and the Shu Invasion Cao Rui: same reason as Guo Nuwang, would make a better story Wu Cheng Pu, Han Dang, Zhu Zhi and Zu Mao: All the veteran officers who served Sun Jian should be made playable, since they did a lot for Wu. Even Zu Mao, i guess he could be a rival for Hua Xiong or something Ding Feng: He served Wu for 70 years, was a brave warrior and a skilled tactician. Definitely Zhu Ran: Played an important role at Yi Ling, defended Jiang Ling and besieged Xiang Yang. Pan Zhang: The man who captured Guan Yu Lu Kang: Wu's last great general Lu Su: He served as Wu's commander after Zhou Yu and before Lu Meng. Jiang Qin: Zhou Tai's comrade and a great Wu general Xu Sheng: The defender of Wu, he was able to overcome enemies who outnumbered him Shu: Jian Yong: he served Liu Bei since the beginning as an advisor and strategist. Ma Dai and Ma Yunlu: family of Ma Chao: Ma Dai performed well in the nothern campaigns and killed Wei Yan, Ma Yunlu became Zhao Yun's wife Zhou Cang: This would complete the divine trinity (Guan Yu, Guan Ping and Zhou Cang) Liao Hua: He lived to see Shu rise and fall Liu Feng, Liu Chan, Guan Xing, Zhang Bao: the other children of the 3 brothers. Liu Feng should be added along with Meng Da. Guan Suo and Bao Sanniang: Guan Yu's third son and his wife: a warrior couple. Yan Yan: Huang Zhong's second in command Xiahou Ba: Son of Xiahou Yuan, he defected to Shu and served them Wang Ping: an important general and defender of Han Zhong Other Chen Gong: Lu Bu's strategist Lu Lingqi: Lu Bu's daughter Yuan Shu and Gongsun Zan: important warlords Yu Ji: the Taoist who cursed Sun Ce to death That's my list, and i hope some of them get added in the next DW (or hopefully in DW6XL)

Wei Cao Rui ( Cao Pi's son and one of the rulers for Wei) Xiahou Ba (Xiahou Yuan's Son who later on defected to Shu and fought in the later Shu battles) Deng Ai ( Was one of the most important people involved in the downfall of Shu) Zhong Hui ( Same thing as Deng Ai) Cao Hong Yue Jin ( One of Wei's most famous generals) Li Dian (Another Wei famous general) Sima Zhao ( Sima Yi's son and was important after Sima Yim died) Cao Xiu (His downfall at Shi Ting will be most interesting to see when unique) Shu Yan Yan Wang Ping (Participated in almost every one of Zhuge Liang's campaigns) Ma Su (It would make Jie Ting a lot more interesting) Liu Chan (a MUST add) Guan Xing Zhang Bao Ma Dai (The Ma family needs more attention and Ma Dai was the most important after Ma Chao died) Liu Feng (His betrayal was one of the reasons Guan Yu died) Zhou Cang (His bravery during the Fan Castle campaign was admirable) Other Gongsun Zang Zhang Bao (Zhang Jiao's brother they had a big role in the YT levels) Zhang Liang (Zhang Jiao's brother same thing) Chen Gong (Lu Bu's stratiegist, had an important role in DW4, DW5, and DW6) Hua Xiong Li Jue Guo Si Li Ru (Dong Zhuo right hand man) Yan Liang (A must add) Wen Chou (A must add) Lu Lingqi (Lu Bu's daughter) Yuan Shu Gao Shun ( Lu Bu's greatest general)

Scottish Samurai Posts: 713 Group: Members Member #12,998 Joined: January 31, 2008	For WU Cheng Pu - one of the greatest leaders yet he has not featured as even a unique NPC yet Zhu Ran - the most used and loved cutscene in every game features this dude. He should be in on merit anyway but hes the most featured NPC behind only Cheng Gong in my opinion For WEI Yue Ying - on of their revered five generals of which only three have featured to date , surely the prioity for new Wei character Deng Ai - essential BUT only if the games timeline covered gets expanded a little to also feature the return of Jiang Wei For SHU Lui Chan - the mans a schmuck but its an easy call to see him getting an appearance in the next game and he would be not only interesting in his own right but also essential if they even plan to return Xing Cai back to the fold given their links left in DW5 Xu Shu - Why not, he had an imortant role in the short spell he was with Shu and could be the gap finally added which introduces how the likes of Pang Tong and Zhuge Liang came to the attention of Lui Bei. Has connections to Wei as well For Others Yuan Shu - biggest ommision of playable leaders on games timeline in my opinion. Ok in his own right but great links with Yuan Shao and Sun Ce make him an obvious call for next game Cheng Gong - quite simply the most baffling ommision so far given how much they highlight Lu Bu in the games. He even features in many a cutscene and has links with Cao Cao to boot. Its not like the Others catagory was overflowing as it was. My first choice of all characters picked to be in the next DW game if there is any justice
