Apparently, there are some new stages: Itsukushima and another Chinese-based stage. Dramatic Mode? Hmm... gotta wait for a better scan. And is that some fighting game reincarnation?

And it has the addition of the SW2: XL characters and it does seem to use the DW5 models as well though considering it is for the PS2, that is hardly surprising. Can't wait! Though i probably can considering i returned the original WO after one day because it didnt really do it for me and i needed the money for more important matters xD

Conqueror that Appeared at the End of the Age Posts: 590 Group: Members Member #5,965 Joined: March 9, 2007	For it to be a game sold at full price, I'm assuming there should be a LOT more in the way of content, such that it can't be described as a rudimentary "upgrade" in the traditional Musou style. Or at least, that's what I would hope...any way, the 3 on 3 mode could be something interesting...if they find a means to balance it out adequately.

Milk it for all it's worth, KOEI. >_> If this game isn't an expansion on WO, I most likely will just pass on this game. I guess KOEI wasn't satisfied with SW2XL being the last Warriors game on the PS2.

Wow, this is super cool! Finally the complete set of characters have come together. This is great great news, not to mention a VS mode too! -adds to "must buy" wish list- P.S. neither PS3 or 360(yet)! I can actually play this one.

Of course I can't confirm it but it just looks like something to feature everyone, particularly considering Fu Xi & Nu Wa is present. Edit: It looks like Xing Cai's face on that screen of the Shu characters, so yeah, it looks like everyone up to DW5 & SW2XL are in it.

Besides, you can't really blame 'em, so much. Their PS3 games' sales haven't exactly sold to their expectations. If the market isn't up to snuff, then why should Koei stick their necks out, and lose more money all the while? I'm sure Sangoku Musou 5 will probably remain a continued entity on the PS3, but these PS2 games are necessary to even make it so that Koei and Omega Force will have the funds to supply such ventures...

I agree, sounds more like a WO2, rather then a WOXL... And if that is the case with a completely new story for everyone that just makes it even more appealing. Woot, I won't need to purchase a PS3 anytime soon with news like this!

Hopefully they will fix Agility glitches and other glitches. Do you think there will still be a gallery? I also hope if it comes out in America they use the original VA's.
