Yes, some characters are really annoying with almighty and high agility. it's true they are unbeatable, but then, what's the sense of playing without a challenge. Personally, I don't use it on my characters. |

Man.. I am hardcore to the bone, but this game is just too much. I stopped for awhile to play something else. That requirement with the prof being 2500+ is harrrrshhhh. One night I was playing, trying to get Kuniocihi's prof to 50(and done it) and my thumbs were killing me. What makes it so bad is, I'm not even half way there despite all the vigorous playing XD. |

Well I only play a few hours a day normally, and some of those days I don't even play WO2. Due to me coming home from work and just going and staying online instead. Anyways, I find it much more fun coming home from a stressy or boring day of work to play the game and listen to the awesome music! I myself have loads of characters trained now, but still don't know how close to 2500+... nor am I bothered or trying to find out. |

I bet Nu Wa is even more fun then...I couldn't even control her very well with her default weapon. |

So I finally got around to playing Orochi's story, and then WO1 in that order, to see the story progression. Kinda like how you watch Star Wars 1 2 and 3, and then 4 5 and 6. I never realized how hellishly slow WO1 is. Edited by Xalfrea, Wed Oct 22, 2008 12:10 pm.

Try comparing Red Hare/Matsukaze in WO1 and WO2. Seriously, I felt like I was riding a turtle. |

Yep, that is most definitely the problem. Agility is too high. Funny thing is I have 10 agility on pretty much everyone else I have almighty on and it works fine. From my playing I've found that it is the SW characters that seem to have problems with their s-string when agility is too high, with the exception of a few of them. All of my DW characters do just fine. I mean I have it with Sun Wukong and have no trouble with it at all. |

I seem to have noticed that too. DW characters are fine (except IMO Taigong Wang and Nu Wa). |

I dont care much to use Tenbu enchantments. I really have only used Guile and the iron one a couple of times. And I put Almighty on Ma Chao, but that was it. I usally always have agility 10 on most people. I didnt see anything wrong when Ma Chao had it. I dont experience it, but I suppose another way you could is by having 10 agility + a character like Hideyoshi's R1 in which the attack speed doubles, also what if you had almighty on with that that would be like crazy stuff.

I've noticed the same thing, actually. I never used horses in WO, I always went by foot. They just felt so slow to me. But it's different in WO2. Even the horses which generics use feel incredibly fast >_>. |

I guess having Agility at 10 doesn't matter if you rely on S-string alone. But with Charge attacks it's really annoying. I had Agility 7 with Wukong and pulling out his C6 was a pain >_>. By the way, Special attacks also benefit from Almighty if you get Musou full 10 sec. Spamming giant Wukong was awesome when that happened to me ^_^. I still haven't figured out which Weapon Upgrade Skills I should give to each character. I've decided to give Teamwork for everyone who have unique Triple Musou, Guile for strategist-type characters, Firepower for characters who have good projectile attacks and Resolve/Stability for each Speed and Tech. character. Power characters are the most challenging, really. Any suggestions? |

Tenbu = Almighty Firepower is awesome. I'm really looking forward to adding Teamwork since I STILL haven't done a Triple Musou attack yet I have an idea of what other Skills I want to add to every character's weapon, but I haven't really planned it all out yetI'm just wondering if certain characters even need Agility for their Almighty setups EDIT: @ LoW: For PWR types, maybe Highflier to be able to jump cancel charge attacks and Supremacy to help with the large amount of musou their specials use *shrugs*

I have Highflier on some characters like Kiyomori. It's fun to do his JC with it. Headbutt love for all >_>. I have mixed thoughts about Supremacy. It doesn't recover much Musou and I rarely waste my entire Musou bar with Special attacks (don't know why, but I always seem to find Musou Jar or Ointment when I'm about to run out of Musou). However, Supremacy isn't bad for Tech. characters who rely on ex-Charge attacks often. When they are resting, their Musou bars refill at really fast rate. So far, I only have Supremacy on Taigong Wang and it has proven to be quite useful for him. |

Hmm ... other than that, maybe for PWR types you could use Nutrition instead of Drain (if you use it) if you find that they are taking too much damage while tanking. Other than that, general ones like Verity or Revival Resolve is always good. Guile should work for guys like Tadakatsu, Keiji & Guan Yu who have self-buffs, assuming that it works for those type of attacks (I always thought it referred to the items you pick up, making them last longer? )

I've just cleared and unlocked the Nan Zhong dream on chaos. So you could now tell how far I've gone. Yet again I've done so many hours without using my 99999 free exp... Sometimes I've been rounding them off though, so whenever I felt to I levelled my Kojiro from 62-65 and Nobunaga 71-75, etc. I've been rounding them to the 5's unless planning to use those people that day. |

I force myself to never use the level up character feature Besides, with Karma equipped instead of Acclaim, I need all the EXP I can get just to fuse a few weapons

I stopped spending Growth Points on levels after I unlocked the Dream stages where certain amount of levels were required. The longer it takes for characters to achieve level 99, the longer I'm going to play this game >_>. |

I was mainly going to use Growth on the characters that require Level 99 to unlock dream stages, It's just the Profics are going to be a pain in the behind.

I use the growth points on weapon fuseing as much as I can, so Im not wasteing growth points. The only time I will use growth points to level a character, is when ive reached 50 prof before leveling to 99. |

Most of my growth points are used on weapon upgrades also. It's going to take ages to unlock all Dream Stages, I got all but the massive requirement stages such as profics and levels. >_< |

Well, when you calculate, you really need 55 characters at maximum prof in order to get Dream 27. Getting the 3K Rulers and the Sengoku unifiers at maximum prof is already a requirement for Dream 1 and 2, so thats 49 characters to get to maximum prof. I already have Lu Bu, Keiji, Tadakatsu and Wukong at 50 prof as well, so thats 10 characters for me. Just 45 characters at 50 prof for Dream 27. I've also firmly decided that it is Guan Du (Wei 8) thats the best place for prof grinding. You get 10 from that stage. Edited by Xalfrea, Thu Oct 23, 2008 2:35 am.
