Whether its because many are not interested in another slow attacker or something else, I'm not sure. Of the new characters added, he probably has one of the biggest roles in the new game, based on what I have heard/seen. Its a shame not too many people seem to be interested in him :mellow:

Its a shame not too many people seem to be interested in him :mellow: Many probably expect me to have the 'pretty boys' as my favorites due to Zhao Yun and Yukimura Sanada being my overall top 2. But thats not the case, Mr. Honda, just a coincidence I suppose. First-off I go for the appearance and then the voice actor/acting. And a great move set is just a bonus, and not something I look for straight away. He looks interesting and has a cool moveset from what I've seen on YouTube. Now I hope that his English voice actor will be something decent as well.

Through Light, Through Darkness Posts: 1,329 Group: Moderators Member #11,841 Joined: December 12, 2007 Gender Male	Well, I like old characters like Huang Zhong and Yoshihiro, but Kiyomori and Yoshitsune were the two characters I was least surprised that would appear in the game unlike Taigong Wang who I had no idea of whatsoever, his appearance also failed to really impress me though after seeing him in action, I can clearly say he is a heavy power character.

I'm glad I'm so keen on the majority of DW characters, though less with the SW crew. There's only a few DW characters I dislike like Zhang Jiao and Dong Zhuo. I think they were created to be disliked though, haha. I'm not too keen on Huang Zhong or Shingen, but I really like Yoshihiro. And I'm hoping I will like Kiyomori since I've seen some gameplay and he looks like fun. I also like the little touch such as when he catches his breath. Kind of the old age kicking-in and a similar scenario of how Huang Zhong loses his balance at the end of his true musou. Just brilliant.

His weapon, his appearance, his demeanor, everything about him is just plain awesome. Once I get the game, I plan to make him part of my main VS team along with Yoshitsune and Inahime. I wish he had a more destructive R1 though. All he does is bear hug his opponent and absorb life/musou.

C1-String is not bad, but I wished that his C1-2 and C1-3 switched place. (So instead of the 3 fireballs first, then the iceballs, it should be the other way round) C2-String quite good, so is C3. C4 is great too with the knockback sort of effect he gains from C4-3. S string is ok, reasonably good for him and his R1 is great. Deals quite a lot of damage...even moreso as an enemy :ph43r:

That's freakin awesome. ~~They dropped Orochi's echo in the first game, which was a little disappointing.~~ So if this guy keeps his echo, that's a nice surprise EDIT: Been awhile since I heard Orochi's voice :mellow:

He shouts ''Hahaha!'' and then you can hear his battle grunts - which both echo. Hmm.. seems to me that Taigong Wang has got Guan Ping's VA. That voice when you hear it a few times, and his attack motions sound like its his voice actor. Oh well, Koei might be asking this guy for too much and I'm not really a fan of his work. Though at least he performed better in DW6.

His weapon is kinda of awkward but nonetheless he should be a very strong character. i wanna know is he stronger than the normal orochi or not omg he has horns

KOEI Warriors Unifier Posts: 1,757 Group: Members Member #7,496 Joined: May 22, 2007	"BOW BEFORE ME MORTALS!" Yeah, this guy is brutal. C2-3 FTW! He's like an anti Zhuge Liang, an evil strategist if you will. With the arrogance of a Guan Yu, and the brutality of a Yoshihiro. My fave of the new characters for now. I've leveled him the most of them all. His special is the only thing that leaves him lagging. But his attack speed outside his C4 isn't bad, and his string is nice as well. The innate explosions on his MS are great for dramatic effect.

But really, its easy enough to breeze Chaos with hardly any speed. I barely need to use the move aslong as I'm switching and not killing myself wrecklessly. I like this character, his moves are great, his voice is great enough, obviously his weapon is no sword so it's unique in that sense, and he plays a big role in Warriors Orochi 2 in general. He's got a lot going for him in my opinion.
