Wait.. So they just blocked everyone outside of Japan from playing? Are you kidding me? If thats the case then you can assume either A: They're going to release the game in the USA as a pay service and are eliminating the opportunity to play for free for us as to stop us from avoiding their profit margin. or B: KOEI blows. |

Based on Affirmative told me... They blocked Chinese & Taiwanese IPs due to they have their own respective servers of DWOs! However, a Japanese DWO player told me that he cannot connect even he lives in Japan! (So some Japan IPs are blocked as well!) They seems to block the whole IP tree like they block ???.xxx.xxx.xxx the whole IP Ranges (of the first 3 digits of IP Addresses)... and that can be really mess up since China, Taiwan, and Japan are in the same East Asia region, some trees are shared between those countries... Therefore, some Japaneses cannot play as well with this! But, the rest of us? If they ban us, it does NOT making sense! This is NOT like MapleStory, where there are many and many versions... (including English version) available! At this point, there is NO ENGLISH VERSION FOR DWO yet! I don't know why... But Japanese online games love to be this way... My First Signature in KW... This is the best internet speed (to connect a Japanese Server) that I can get...  Connect to JP Server = 175 ms - 198 ms at this speed. However, at night in USA, my internet never get this good speed... | |

= booooooo come on koei wake up look at the millions that want to play this take your finger out and make a english version. they losing so much money and respctive fans and players with the muking around with dw6 now banning diffrent areas from playing dwo. how silly can you get shorley someone needs to sit the boss down and go looking millions are willing to not understand a thing and downlaod for hours in the west just to try it maybe its about time ..... |

no at the moment its only china and indionesia i read becuase they have there own servers and no reason to cramp the japanese 1 but i dunno

i reinstalled and it worked but as far as i can get is at the Koei Logo then it crashes, what code is req for the opening for this game? |

you prolly need a better grahpix card. And there banning ip adresses? Prolyl due to the large amounts of Chinese players just downloading and playing the japanese one instead of the chinese one I am assumnig but I can play it fine and I don't seemed to be blocked (yet). So maybe thats the reason why, but I wouldn't kno. |

I read thru both Taiwan and China's server's forum.Sorry to say but I do find them quite childish.
 even before that you could tell from them playing in the Japan server
