I have that too and I still got the weapon. All I can suggest is that you try waiting until the missions to defeat them show up before you whack Yoshihiro and Ginchiyo. There is no time limit and the allies are quite tough here so you have plenty of time to save everyone if your Ina is not too weak.

I did it using two players both times The first time I did it, my brother saved that person and he retreated and I didn't get the weapon. The second time, I did exactly the same thing, defeated the same officers, but my brother didn't save the person and then we got the weapon.

First Lieutenant Posts: 181 Group: Members Member #2,034 Joined: May 23, 2006	Hello all you Koei fans out there :lol: im having some problems trying to obtain Mitsuhide's 5th weapon called the Liberator. Here were the requirements I had to do: Stage: Battle of Yamazaki Requirements: Secure Mt. Tenno and kill Magoichi and Nene. Do this all within 5 minutes. LoW's tip: Pause during the conversations to save some time. Gtown's Helpful Hints: As soon as the stage starts go up the side of Mt. Tenno that only has the one general at the top. As soon as you kill Mitsunari head for Magoichi. DO NOT wait for the mission to kill him. Then immediately head for Nene. Afterwards you'll get the message My Statement: I did exactly as I was told, as soon as the stage began, I pause during long conversations and I defeated one of the officers guarding the gates to Mt. Tenno. That time I defeated Mitsunari Ishida so fast, then I jumped straight downward towards Hideyoshi's camp and defeated Magocihi Saika and killed him quickly being told not to wait for the mission to kill Magoichi Saika to appear. Then after that I immediatiately defeated Nene and did a interm save. I was able to do this within 3 minutes of the stage. However I did not get any message of either an item report or a transport unit to appear, thereforth something must have gone wrong. Unless if anyone has able to obtain the weapon, please let me know

Tenno, killing Mitsunari Ishida early before the mission started prevented the weapon box from appearing, overall those that are going for Mitsuhide's 5th weapon, its really easy, that I didnt even need the Gilded Talon for this stage. Just make sure you pause during the long conversations, weaken Mitsunari and when the mission to take Mt. Tenno appears, thats when you kill Mistunari, the rest can be ended quicly once you defeat Hideyoshi :ph43r: P.S. Thanks Wei-Yan for the advice :lol:

Overall it's probably the easiest 5th to be gotten IMO.

Left General Posts: 729 Group: Members Member #10,791 Joined: November 3, 2007	one of them although i can't remember how i got a few of mine got yukimuras and nobunagas ages ago can't remember if hey were easy or not but yea it was pretty easy getting his 4th was harder i have a question are the 5th weapons joke weapons or something as Nagamasa's was and Ieyasu's was a castle on his weapon

Granted I got 1,622 kills, just trying not to get infinito air juggled by No, Nobunaga and a generic officer was a hard task.

Before you want to musou it, you gonna use R1 + T until you get Attack 3x. When the enemy blocking, you gonna use T charge attack and press L1 many time as fast as you can. Hope it's helpful for you.
