I personally like Wei the most Wei, Sengoku, Shu, Wu in the same stage against Orochi

Honorable mention to Orochi's story.

(Don't take seriously of every word I say, because as I say, I don't understand 100% Jap, only 5% is barely. This is the image I get anyway.)

Nope, Yoshitsune joined Wu because Wu helped him after his match with Lu Bu where he almost died... Yoshitsune is one of the ones I like to call 'key' character even though he wasn't associated with Taigong Wang because he one of Kiyomori's main enemy... KoW: Why like a story which you haven't played of yet? I voted for Shu: Taigong Wang is awesome and is the coolest of the characters who tried to stop Kiyomori... he starts of trying to defeat Orochi in Fire River with the aid of Fu Xi and Nu Wa! He was defeated and came back after Orochi's death and tries to stop Kiyomori from reviving Orochi. He helps Shu defeat Shin Orochi... I wanted to vote for Sengoku: I liked the way Sakon is a leader of Sengoku! I also liked Fu Xi's part in it, they are cool, Fu Xi + Sakon! In the end, Sakon leaves instead of Fu Xi (since Taigong Wang left and Nu Wa was left alone)... I liked Shu better because Fu Xi only joins in stage 3... SRS: Yamatai is my favorite new stage too! It's wider than others well, except for Hasedou I guess... Zhu Rong: Noh is in Sengoku story and has no major roles really...

Sakon just made me laugh and there are a lot of good characters in there. It also has an interesting plot too. I like how Sakon united the big clans together to stop Orochi, too bad Tokugawa clan wasn't there. My second favourite would be Shu. Only in that story that I feel almost everyone has an important role. A lot of favourite characters are in there too. SSX, Ina, Honda, three brothers, Zhao Yun... basically everyone except Yoshimoto. Third would be Wu, then Wei. Orochi story is my least favourite. It doesn't explain or expend the plot much.

Nah, whatever, that's just the reader in me coming out. Nitpicking aside, it's still my favorite story... I'm curious if I was the only one that got the impression that Masamune is actually... I dunno, brainwashed or under some kind of spell. I love me some brainwashed sociopaths.
	Disclaimer- 70-90% of my posts are done in pure jest or are meaningless bags of hot air converted into forum 'rants'. Take seriously at your own discretion... Special thanks to Jiahe once again for the Lu Meng and Nene Luff!

Fu Xi fan Posts: 220 Group: Members Member #2,523 Joined: July 8, 2006	I really hesitated between Wei and Samurai storyline. On one hand, you have a great Wei story with Cao Cao showing Nu Wa what humans are really capable of and the good feeling it gives me that even mystics redoubt human spirit. On the other hand, you have a nice Samurai story with a simple but intelligent man helping out others and ended up assembling lots and lots of people together with the helping hand of Fu Xi. I ended up picking the Samurai storyline since I preferred Fu Xi's role than Nu Wa's, he had alot more influence and had a better interaction with his "prot�g�" then Nu Wa.
	My first video of Samurai Warriors 2 watch it, comment it and rate it if possible! Thanks!! ^^

Posts: 2,736 Group: Members Member #4,229 Joined: November 17, 2006	Wei. it has most of my favorite characters, the stages are very diverse, and it's got the Cao Cao/Nu Wa "romance" as a background. then Shu. solid storyline and good levels, Mt. Wu Xing is one of my favorites in the game. and it's got Gracia and Taigong Wang. but SW and Wu were both great too, i had to pick favorites. i felt Orochi's was fun but weakest, as it showed up some plot holes in the series.

Yeah... kind of was hoping for a little more, but I still enjoyed it for the most part. I'll just leave it to my wild and zany imagination for fill up all of the little holes it might have had. And I have a distinct feeling that I am the only one that really could have cared less for Nu Wa's role in Wei's story, despite its importance. I will acknowledge that her role is probably the most important one in regards to a Mystic hanging out with a kingdom (Fu Xi in a very close second, but then again, I loved his personality but HATED playing him). I never cared much for the two, so maybe that's where my apathy is coming from. I can't say there was a story that I did like like for one reason or another, though. At first I was pretty apathetic towards Wu's story, but after finally getting to it, I started to like it too. Orochi's will probably be my favorite just because of Masamune, though... I can't help it if I'm bias.

Scottish Samurai Posts: 713 Group: Members Member #12,998 Joined: January 31, 2008	I liked Wu's story the best the plot had the most substance and revolved around the resistant to war Jian and his more volatile officers seeking to convince him otherwise. They were all well made interactions between and everyone seemed to play there part and of all the new characters i found for all he appeared with a band that Yoshitsune didnt steal the show for them and instead was more of an asset allie which was what he always should have been away. My fave level was with Wu (the one with the tidal wave) and to me they had the best ending where it leaves you to thought provoke whats next as with Lu Bu allowing the world to heal but not finished fighting and him being lose where about unknown its the only one still looking to the future.
