I really...really can't say. I don't think there's a SW male I hate. I'm just going to pick Imagawa since he's my least favorite. I don't hate him, but he just happens to be the character that I least like. The reasons, well gameplay wise, Imagawa has never been that great. At the very least, he's one of the weakest characters in the game. The ball and sword is a great concept, but Imagawa doesn't execute it well. I have nothing against him character wise, except his creepy powdered face. He gets points for having some great lines though. |

Goemon. Just.. I never really found a purpose for him in the games. Even Imagawa has more of a purpose than Goemon. With both of them out of the way, I would have picked Ieyasu. *runs away from raving crowd of Ieyasu fans* I know, I know. He's sweet, but I just.. I dunno. Somehow I got on the wrong foot with his character. |

I voted for Ieyasu. I really don't like him or Honda in SW2 but I kind of liked Honda in SW 1 so I spared him XD I know Yoshimoto or Goemon are probably gonna be the most popular in this vote but I find them both quite fun to use. |

I don't know why, but i think the worst SW Male Character is Imagawa Yoshimoto, :lol: The think I find most funny is the way he talks and what Lu Bu says to him when he approaches Lu Bu in Warriors Orochi.... :lol: man that was funny..... :lol: |

As much as I don't want to put Imagawa up there as my vote, I am finding it hard not to. While I'm amused by his personality I found him, by far the worst character to use in SW2XL, and well probably all of SW2 in fact. His moveset it slow, weak and plain annoying. Other then an average C4 you have next to nothing to use for a majority of the game until you give him a wealth of level ups. But everyone else also improves a great deal when you do that anyway, which pretty much nulls the benefit there. And well, “Play Dead” is just a joke; I don’t even care if it extends Musou duration a bit…because his Musou attack is horrible anyway. His throw special isn’t much better either and I find it has too low of a success rate to rely on, who cares if you can’t really get hurt during it, it’s just a waste of time. He is a real hit a miss character; many cast him away because his personality can be really off-putting initially. But the sad thing is, even if you start to like his personality you will probably end up disappointed with his moveset anyway. I'm also annoyed as how pointless his Story mode is; bar one battle it does not have a place, at all. So I end up wondering why KOEI bother with him. He should be unique NPC only, seriously. |

Most of the characters I'm quite fond of.... pretty much everyone except Nagamasa. I dislike that he's so popular... and I think he looks like a creepy J-pop pretty boy. Ew. At least others like Yoshimoto and Goemon are unique and have personality. Nagamasa is as exciting as watching paint dry... not just playing as him, but also sitting through his dull story line. Bottom line, I think he sucks. |

Magoichi. his pathetic attempts at being a "ladies man", his ridiculous over-confidence, his cheezy grin and swagger, and struggling with his tiresome moveset. there is no other SW character that is more useless to me. and for the record, Goemon and Yoshimoto are my two FAVORITE male characters. |

I say Goemon, his moveset is annoying, his personality and voice are annoying, and he has not real purpose in the game at all, then again, neither does kunoichi,but since i like her moveset, im not going to be voting for her

Wow... you are definitely the most unique person out there in the World I say. I got to say I don't like Goemon, most 'cause his moveset looks clumsy. His character design is not good... He could use some diet, then I will reevaluate him. His accent is weird... I just don't like it... especially Japanese one that it looks like he hiccup very frequently. Koei should demonstrate this guy better than a clumsy thief. |

(I haven't voted yet. I'm just commenting.) I still haven't played any of the SW games, but Nagamasa's WO personality got really old really quickly. "By my lance!" "In the name of all that is good and right!" ... <_< The loudmouthed Virtue!Justice!ZOMG boys irritate me. Stuff a sock in it and just get it done kthx. I've heard excellent things about Nagamasa's move set in the SW games, so he gets props for that. I agree with those who say that Goemon and Yoshimoto are interesting and amusing. Yoshimoto's move set is downright painful sometimes in WO, but at least he's bizarre and different. Also, his Japanese MO:MS voice actor doesn't sound nearly as creepy as his American one from WO. Goemon is pretty good once you get some elements on his weapon. And he has elemental butt bounces!Magoichi is so corny, ridiculous, and over the top that I can't help but like him. Giggity giggity indeed. |

I'd have to say Yoshihiro. I like him even less that Goemon, Ieyasu and Yoshimoto and that is saying something. I think he has such a boring personality. "Just one gamble after another" yeah yeah whatever man >< I really find his moveset pretty rubbish too. He's just too slow and that musou attack is practically over by the time you use it. His story was a nightmare for me, I couldn't wait for it to end. I think the only thing I do like is his voice and even then that's pushing it a little. At least Yoshimoto (and perhaps Goemon) are good for entertainment value apart from that they suck as well. |

Man I hate to vote for characters who are fun to play as. I voted for Yoshimoto, but I enjoy playing him as with his awkward gameplay he presents a challenge. But not so much of a challenge that its frustrating to play him like Kunoichi is. But overall gameplay, yeah, he's the worst. But hey, who can resist the screams of gooooaaal! when you play him? :lol: Goemon, now that guy was a blast to play in SW. And for some reason, I was really close to voting for Ieyasu. Something about him I dont care for at times. |

I'm actually finding it very difficult to vote for any single character
 Possible candidates: Imagawa Yoshimoto - I never even gave one thought to using him in SW:XL but I loved playing every minute with him in SW2:XL, though he really does suck in WO :lol: Ishikawa Goemon - Again, I never even wanted to use him in SW since nothing about him appealed to me at all, but I couldn't get enough C1, C4 and Bolt-activated butt bouncing in WO :lol: Takeda Shingen - Detest his moveset, but love his personality Tokugawa Ieyasu - I liked him in SW2, but trying to work with him on Expert in SW2:XL, I find that I like him less now than before (possibly spoiled by WO R1 :ph43r: ) Toyotomi Hideyoshi - Again, another who I struggle with on Expert. His range is too good though to count him out Excluding anything having to do with WO, I'd say my vote for the worst goes to Ishikawa Goemon. I suppose I could change this opinion if he were still a playable character in SW series, but for now he has to take the fall. |

Wait I think I voted for Yoshimoto anyways I found it hard to choose between Ieyasu and Yoshimoto.....They both are pretty bad.....Only thing I like about Yoshimoto is his musou and I hate everything about him and only think I like about Ieyasu is his R1 move in WO and everything else I hate about him..... |

Woah... why all the hate towards Yoshimoto >_>? He's one of the strongest characters in SW2XL, I think. However, since he's not one of the easiest characters to play as, it's understandable that he's hated amongst players :(. I voted for Hideyoshi. He has the speed and range but where's the power? Charge attacks and Musou could use some work too. Not only that but KOEI also destroyed his story in SW2. |

SW1 Yoshimoto Quite possibly an annoying character, basically a demented clown that likes to play with large balls. His personality and voice are just really, really off-putting. His story is fictionalized after Okehazama so it's basically a giant what-if story. SW2 Nagamasa Well, let's see. His personality is irritating and cliched. He continually talks about how much he loves Oichi and honour and his personality is basically constructed around those two things with no room for anything else. One of the weirdest stories in the entire game, and it's basically an entire dream. Oh and his weapon is compensating for something, and I wonder what it is. I actually dislike nearly half the male characters but I like Nagamasa the least. |

I hate Masamune, he annoys me to the max. I cant stand his arrogance, I would love to punch him square in the face every time he talks. His moveset is alright, but not great, his pistols seem to have horrible range. |

Darn it >_>. I was supposed to post Toshiie and not Hideyoshi. But what's done is done... Toshiie hasn't got anything else except his moveset. Personality is bad, and he looks and acts like a child. If I didn't know anything about his historical background, I would expect him to be Keji's nephew and not the other way around. I liked the fact that he was loyal to Oda but how come he never showed that to Nobunaga? It was all about Katsuie, really :mellow:. |

It has to be Goemon, all the other Male Characters I don't mind or like and to be honest he is not fun to play with, sure his musou is strong but i'd prefer playing as any other male character rather than this heavy footed theiving ninja. |

If I'm suspecting correctly, Koei is copying Sanada Yukimura from Sengoku BASARA. He also like you say behaving really childish and looks like a kid rather than Keiji's uncle and supposedly he hates Keiji too! |
