Simple topic, name the last movie you last watched and give it a small review of what you thought of it.

The last movie I watched was “What happens in Vegas”, with Ashton Kutcher & Cameron Diaz. As expected it's a rather typical comedy movie that provides a few laughs.

I quite enjoyed it actually; I've taken a liking to both actors over the years so was fairly happy with it right to the end. The final "6 months earlier" scene was damn hilarious. A little predictable like many comedy movies sure, but still worth watching!

I’d give it a 7/10.

Well I guess I really havent watched a movie since Wednesday night when I saw Indiana Jones.
I really enjoyed it. It wasnt really like the other movies, and yet I cant help compare it, so still like the other three better. I thought the part with those weird people jumping out of the holes was freaky and cool.
7.5/10

and i must say, that movie is absolutely hilarious, i bet only the Brits could get away with that kind of humour

Shutter was the last movie I saw.
I kinda liked it, it still managed to retain a lot of the scares of the original and while it can't compare it was an alright horror in my opinion. Much better than a lot of 'horror' movies that have come out lately anyway.
7.5/10 =)

The last movie I watched on the big screen was Ironman which totally rocked! (now that didn't sound like me but it fits the context o.O) But the most recent movie i bought was Do Re Mi.

Its an old malay movie done in black and white. Its so funny how they brought the stories of Do, Re and Mi together and their lame lame jokes. My mother was laughing as it brought back memories and its so enjoyable to watch a P. Ramlee movie once more.

The last film I saw was "21".

I didn't want to see this movie at all, but my friend dragged me to it. Blackjack is my favorite of the casino games, so it didn't hurt that the movie was about counting cards in blackjack. I liked it, but I will never see it again. It's not a "multiple views = entertainment" movie. It's a "see it once but I'd be bored as hell if I saw it again" movie. I give it a 4/5.

It's funny, I actually ended up liking it more than my friend who made me go see it.

Hitch Hiker's Guide To The Galaxy

Possibly one of the most unique openings I've seen, I mean really, singing dolphin who fall upwards into space. Martin Freeman(y'know Tim from Office UK) was an interesting choice for Arthur, and Zaphod(Sam Rockwell) was a cross between George Bush and MIck Jagger or Russel Brand or whoever.

Very funny, if you've seen The Adventures of Pluto Nash, then see this. Lack of Eddie Murphy guaranteed.

7/10

Malibu's Most Wanted! I saw it on computer today. It was quite funny. Its rated R for mostly language.

Its about this guy named Brad aka. "B-Rad" who is a rich white boy from Malibu and his dad is running for Governor. He is a posing as a gansta but he denies it. He says its the way he was born to be. Everyone including his parents hate his "gangsta" attitude and sends him to sessions with a psychologist often. When that doesn't work, his dad hires black actors to
act as thugs, kidnap him and show him how the "hood life' really is.

Its a movie that sends a message that you should be who you are and no one should change that accept you and that you can do anything you want if you set your mind to it.

It was a very funny movie but some things dragged it down.

8/10.

EDIT: Whoops I accidently posted twice.

Just watched Talking Cock the movie. Its a totally Singaporean movie made with zero budget but is all heart. XD Its based on the the satirical website talkingcock.com. I'd suggest for you guys to watch it but then you won't really understand the jokes in it.

rating: 8.5/10. It got boring and too long at the end. pity.

Just saw The Strangers, and wow was it good. It seemed to have went back to early slasher roots. Plus, Gemma Ward played the Babydoll stranger, so that was extra points since she's my favorite model.

I definitely suggest people see it if they're fans of slasher flicks.

Yes it was very cool. Probably one of the few action movies I really like due to the Japanese-y flava.

The Cleaner which is Samuel L. Jackson's newest movie. I only got to see half of it before I was dragged to a bonfire, but I plan on watching the 2nd half tonight. So far it's really really good.

Indiana Jones: Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

I've never been a diehard Indiana fan and this film didn't do anything to make me think otherwise. It had its funny bits and you could tell they tried to make it look like the others, but there wasn't enough action or parts in the film that were remarkable and worth remembering apart from the fact there was a car chase, a Tarzan scene and it was based on an alien civilization. Plus, with that being understandably a bit farfectched, the aliens I mean, it makes you think what they'll think of next...

Indiana and the Jurassic Park...?

Well, i havent seen the movie yet but the movie setting is about the paranormal so to speak as certain military divisions were actively researching that. Its actually not far fetched that the plot might involve alien civilisations.

SPOILER ALERT FOR INDY 4
I'm not really basing the fact that it was solely my point-of-view, but that of the film critics and press as well. I suppose everyone did jump to conclusions and assume it was literally out of the ordinary, a bit risky, though we've had ghosts and the commandments in the past. However, the difference here being that they were from this world and the alien idea was a bit of a strange area to cover for a Indiana film in order to revive it.

Edit: Oh and the alien, plus the saucer, were very uncreative. The alien (big eyes and head, thin body, white), the UFO being a flat saucer. Thats coming from the creator of Star Wars! Thank heavens though that you only really saw the alien right at the end, so I'll give them credit for that and for not using them anymore.

WTF LDZ, put a damn spoiler tag in your posts.

Last movie I watched was Mama's Boy with John Heder, Jeff Daniels and Anna Faris. It wasn't really that great. It felt like Mr. Woodcock, but without the continuous back and forth revenge gags.
