I live in Rochester, NY which is basically right across the "pond" (Lake Ontario) where Koei Canada is located (ideas?). Rochester is ranked in the top 10 cities here in the states and is not crowded at all! We could get Koei Europe or Asia to do something here and I gaurentee you there would be an increased turn out, attendance-wise at least.

I'd take a train to get to NY it's not too expensive. Though LA is pretty much out of the question I think. But in all reality we do need a gathering ((hopefully on the east coast)) in the US, Canada, and Mexico.<--Only said last two to be fair.
