This issue plagues both Romance of the Three Kingdoms and Nobunaga's Ambition both. That favored officer of yours? You see his stats and go "WTF they're so low!" or "Why's his Lead so low yet his Charm so high?" or "There's no way he's better than so-and-so in War!" Well, I get that same feeling too, so here are my rerolls of the die for officers of the Sengoku era.
