I dled it... started it up and clicked musou mode.. didn't load old game as..no old game to load.. and that's it... can scroll through the characters but that's all... there's no way to start it.

Old game means "saved game". You have to start a new game. Try starting as Guan Yu, that worked for me. I just haven't been able to start as Zhao Yun. I haven't tried the others. There's still a few kinks to work out, but that was expected.

Here is a screenshot using all of the sprites and tiles I've made so far: I'm very good with making tiles and sprites and would be glad to lend my skills to your next game if you so wish it. I love the game you've made and am going through it with Guan Yu. Thank you guys for putting forth the effort to make such an entertaining game. My head is exploding with ideas to improve this game and increase the replay value.

We are currenlty making a samurai warriors game its going ALOT better than dynasty warriors , we could need some sound effects from samurai warriors if anyone got any ?? -thnx for the spritess and tiles above , we could use some of them but others like grass we already have i like the box and vase . and the lighting effects you do . Keep it up thnx alot --we may need some castle walls, gate captain posts , woodenmade things from the samurai period !! TiLES plz THNX ALOT --Id like to add i will be doing all of the character sprites from now on <execpt tadakatsu honda that will be ma_chaohonda> PS-to select a character from dynasty warriors you press enter ---

I'm only interested in detailing levels and creating inanimate objects and such. As I said before I am well experienced in Game Maker and could help in level design. I also had the idea for you guys to add a score counter and a high score table, that always helps in replayability. You could either make the scores per level or per game, but then it gives us a chance to do better and to share scores online to see who can be the best. Every hit made on an enemy can give you 1 point and I was thinking of having hidden items strewn in boxes. These bonus items once collected would add bonus points to your score so being able to find all of the hidden bonus items would be crucial in getting the highest score, thus adding to the replay value. I've already designed an animated icon that could serve this purpose. Perhaps we should continue this discussion with PM's. Also give me a list of things to work on and I'll gladly do them. What would be cool too is an indoor level like the inside of a castle. EDIT: Here's another level demo: Notice the golden item. I've animated it to where it spins. I figure you crack open a crate and find this to boost your score.

It takes really REALLY long to rebuild your musou, which does really lousy damage, especially to enemy generals. I was prodding Sun Quan with Dun's long mace for 20 minutes...

And what is secret mode? Finally, is there any way to unlock Lu Bu, Zhang Jiao, Dong Zhou, or maybe a female character? Other than those, this game is great. Keep it up, I'm looking forward to the next versions.

YEah ! well how bout my foot in your A*se Posts: 669 Group: Members Member #16,225 Joined: June 19, 2008 Gender Male	uummm load the game? i think musou mode is the game .lol umm secret mode is where your unlocked charcters go . once youve completed a certain musou mode .and We can only put essential chars intop the game so far but looking forward to adding more chars each game,--you if you look on page one of our forum then you would find a character select with lu bu in there , maybe thats a clue , lol.
