Pros: -The movement of the character has a good pace and can move in any direction -The attacks can damage enemies in a wide arc -AI is not dumb Cons: -When you get hit by an enemy you cannot perform any attacks or movement -Interface has poor graphics (Life bar, Character logo, KO counter) -No Music -No officers or victory conditions -Player is alive even after health bar reaches 0 -Enemy bars can be seen in certain areas, but the actual enemy is invisible til their in close range

YEah ! well how bout my foot in your A*se Posts: 669 Group: Members Member #16,225 Joined: June 19, 2008 Gender Male	well jsun , there is nothing wrong then lol cause all them cons are on purpose ! lol -in every game ,when u get hit u cant attack lol - no music was ment to be on the demo -no officers were put there either -we made it so you can die for the demo -and for the last one lol , isnt that just the same as koei anyway lol HAHA but thnx for reviewing the game and i hope i answerd the cons for you but if you read back a few posts , i did mention that it was only a movement test etc thnx for playing ! :):)

The Element of Rock Posts: 948 Group: Members Member #14,654 Joined: April 11, 2008	Looks good, I especially like Sun Jian! I like what I've seen so far. The sfx and the animations are good. One thing about the picture of Zhao Yun in the HUD, it moves around when the view moves. I can only assume that this is because you put it in the step event instead of the draw event. Easily remedied with the simple code in the draw event from this example: Quote: x=view_xview[0]+48 y=view_yview[0]+300 { draw_sprite(sprite_index,-1,x,y) } Lol, although I'm quite sure you are well aware of how to do that anyways. Keep up the good work guys.

YEah ! well how bout my foot in your A*se Posts: 669 Group: Members Member #16,225 Joined: June 19, 2008 Gender Male	wow better than i thought it would be , but thats what can happen when you enlarge the image , we need it to be the size ive created it , thus we can fit a whole great detail into it , otherwise we would make them bigger and more alike the real cersions with more detail etc etc , nice though .....how bout if you could animated a basic attack with the sword , how you would see do it , have you played our demo ? , if you have then youll know the style of animating i chose this time if you could do a example , then id show you other inside stuff etc and then if its all good , well go from there ! , so what you think ?
