While there is no guarantee any of those titles I named will happen any time soon, if at all, but based on what KOEI have done in the past you'd give at least a few of them a good chance of happening. So, what do you wish was next, and why?

I'd like to see how my favorite characters make the transition to the higher-end systems. Also, I'd like to see KOEI's ideas on how they can improve upon not only the SW series, but how they can improve the next-gen hack & slash platforms in general (basically improving on DW6). Their work with Bladestorm and Gundam was pretty good from the little amount I've played/seen/heard about. Now if they can make similar improvements with SW/DW, that's what I want to see.

I find it fun upholding cities and conjuring attacks, that game does give me something to do. And..if the next Rotk shall come, I'd be hoping it to be the whole same gaming system as RotkX and lower titles..I've gotten along better with those..

It would be interesting to see if KOEI can improve on SW2 and if the system is changed like in DW. Its the one most likely to happen next anyway, been such a long wait for more SW action! I would quite like to see DW6:XL too just to see if KOEI manage to redeem themselves, unlikely but whatever. One can always hope!

Completely new series is my choice as well. KOEI should leave DW and SW alone for a while and concentrate on other games. Seriously, Warriors series will never improve if KOEI doesn't put more time and effort on them :mellow:.

I already knew the result when checking the list and I was so right. You'd anticipate not one DW6:XL vote to date? That surprises me! For me it's either SW3 or Kessen IV, but I voted Kessen IV. I much prefer the SW series to the DW series, so I'm very curious to see how they will try evolve the series with the more powerful systems. Having the luxury of much less characters then DW there is also much less risk of losing ones we love. But, I'd want another Kessen more then anything, Kessen III is my all time favourite KOEI game for it's strategy/action hybrid style game play. I'd love to see another one with perhaps the point of view of the other of the three main unifers, Hideyoshi. Or perhaps go back and do a story from Wu's point of view back in the RTK era.

I'm seriously getting tired of the Musou series... the gameplay is just so old and tiring to me now, unfortunately. I much rather play something with a more engaging storyline and that requires some actual brain usage to play... Nothing against SW3, but I'd rather they wait and take their time on it instead of spending minimum effort on it...

Posts: 2,736 Group: Members Member #4,229 Joined: November 17, 2006	SW3 as long as KOEI simply modify the SW gameplay style and don't get all cute, as with Renbu and cutting characters. i'd also like to see a Bladestorm with a more Slash and Hack feel, the character designs were so beautiful, i'd like to be able to actually use them, in combination with the more tactical aspects of the original. and finally, a new series. i've thought of a game based on the Hindu deities for a long time, there are so many cool characters, options and stories there

I am hoping for the next installment as I enjoyed SW2/SW2E/SW2XL very much. Lots of stuff to do, plenty of new characters, skills, weapons, levels, movies... everything needed for an outstanding game. This is what I want. SW3 on a next gen console, but keeping all movesets/weapons and such, just building off of SW2. No drastic change yet, Koei can get SW3 and a couple expansions out of it before pulling a DW6 on the SW series... Koei should hold off on DW6 expansions for right now. They should jot some ideas down now and come back to that same list a year later to edit and such. Bladestorm 2 would be cool, though I still have my copy of Bladestorm sealed. Haven't played it yet I have heard many good things and I played the demo and it was a lot of fun. Kessen 4 would be awesome. I would definitely get that if it came out. I wonder what the story would be? If I could choose another new series or "Other", I would hope for another WinBack game. I have an excellent story that I want to submit to Koei that uses characters from the 1st and 2nd game. They team up and take care of business, in a nut-shell, but the story is very in-depth and very unique. I gaurentee it.
