@Snowman - WO2 is already available on PSN in Europe so I guess it's on it's way in US too. I downloaded the PSN WO2 recently and it only had PS2 graphics unfortunately, so I'm guessing the PSN WO1 would be the same :/
Shame, I was hoping it would have the 360-esque graphics, but oh well it was still nice playing it again.

Man, I don't know what they did, but the PSN version of WO looks awful. The graphics weren't that bad on the original PS2 version. I guess it's just a side effect of playing an old game on an HDTV. But I don't know if I can put the blame entirely on that because I've downloaded other PS2 classics and even some PSOne classics and they didn't look that bad. It makes it hard for me to get into, it just looks so damn bad.

To further elaborate on this, for some reason there's this weird fog effect on the PSN version that isn't present on the PS2 version of the game that makes it look like crap. Certain camera angles and on certain areas of the map and this fog disappears and the game looks good, but one wrong move and the fog returns and it ruins the entire experience. It has nothing to do with playing it on an HD setup, I discovered this while my PS3 was hooked up to an SDTV. It really makes no sense considering that it's a direct port of the PS2 version but it ends up looking worse.

Has anyone noticed this?
