Left General Posts: 731 Group: Members Member #10,791 Joined: November 3, 2007	Hu Lao Gate has always been a great level fighting Lu Bu is the most hardest thing to do the first time i saw him in the intro in dw2 i was like this guy might be a challenge the way he could fight off several generals was kind of freeky but he was a hard challenge. as for Zuo Ci when i got his 4th weapon it was easy neally a 300 hit combo as i had full musuo and 30 second musuo easiest i've ever beat him

Lu Bu VS Cao Cao, Liu Bei, Sun Quan, resurrected Zhang Jiao & Dong Zhuo, Yuan Shao, and a bunch of generics like Tao Qian, Ou Xing, Zhang Lu and Liu Zhang? DAMN! The only thing missing joining the action are Nanman forces, and it is complete. It would have been cool though if the entire enemy army was occupied by nothing but playable officers and putting the generics out. That would be the most epic stage of Koeidom EVAR.

I can't believe I forgot to mention that battle being as it's my favorite one in DW6! That stage is the best way to level your characters up and to go on a massive carnage spree just for the heck of it. I usually end up killing the officers in the exact same order everytime I do that stage. That order being Liu Bei, Sun Quan, Cao Cao, Zhang Jiao, Yuan Shao, and then Dong Zhuo.

A Hero of Chaos Posts: 453 Group: Members Member #11,011 Joined: November 11, 2007	Well,this stage has one highlight. Lu Bu. When I first encountered him in DW2,I thought it would be just some officer. But after I got slayed quickly,I noticed,that he was something special,lol. I killed him often with arrows. In DW5,I knew,what awaited me. But I was impressed,after he got Attack & Defense 30 sec. up or Musou Rage. I was killed again... In DW6,I thoght,that I would have a chance because I could smash X (Square) until he would die,but then I saw,that he didn't get stunnend and I was 3 hit killed by him... Lu Bu's last stage is really awesome. Like Xalfrea said,that cutscene is epic. And at the end,fighting all the officers again,which are are much stronger,just wow. Overall,the stage is easy,except Lu Bu...

And even if your not on lubus hu lao gate stage, if you play on any DW dong zhuos side..you get to kick pretty much 3/4s of china's butt

Lu Bu is definetely the highlight of the stage and in DW4 at least I had blast of fun with him. DW5 he was surprisingly easy with higher level character or heck anyone with Fire Orb, and on DW6 you can horseram him continuously (Gogo higher trample damage) . If it wasn't for Lu Bu, the stage would be a bit plain.
