Always liked this stage. Its great in all of them. I especially like the Assault in Wu territory in DW3 where you would have to surround Taishi Ci in order to unlock him. It took me ages to figure that out, as I didn't have the net then. And its great in DW4 because of the cutscenes and in DW6 where Liu Bei joins Wu in the fight. Not forgetting there's another version in DW6 which puts Shu in first and Wu join them. I think its the Campaign against Yuan Shu, and its great how Zhou Yu, SSX and Sun Ce join near the start. Just love the switch in music at that part, that piece (WINNING) has been consistantly great in all versions of Dynasty Warriors. |

I'm not sure why, but this was my favorite stage in DW5... I try to make the dialouge lag behind so I can get into the castle and kill Liu Yong before he leaves but I fail every time :/. And lead my allies to Taishi Ci so they could fight him and I'd use the Bow to zoom in and watch him kill them all. XDD When the music would stop because my Xbox was broken I would listen to the sound of the water. XDD |

That was the first quote that made me say wow. His quote when you approach him. Something like ''Come, I Taishi Ci will be the last thing standing in your way!'' after a bit of talking about dying hope, IIRC. I swear that kind of speech cannot be done without a fantastic voice. |

Oh okay, thanks :3. (Sorry for all the questions today... ) Yeah, his DW6 VA's was too high :/...At some points in DW5 his voice kinda sounded like Sima Yi. And I just realized this is going off-topic!

Its not off-topic because we are talking about how good his VA is in the DW5 version of Wu Territory. That and, now, Zhou Yu's mega backflip off his boat and Sun Ce's backhand attack on that peon.

Oh, well I thought it was going off-topic since we were talking about Taishi Ci more then the stage. Shows how much I know.
Oh yeah! I forgot about that. XDD Peon never saw it comin'. Oo, and the opening with Sun Ce! I put Lu Bu there once and he was so much larger then Ce. XD |

I really like this stage. I think it's best version however was in DW4. It just felt so epic in that one. It was a huge stage. The fact that it was at night also made it seem much cooler. Plus the chance to duel with Taishi Ci (even though he was kind of hard to beat). It didn't get much better than that. I bet it will be even more awesome if both Sun brothers, Zhou Tai, and Taishi Ci get de-cloned (crosses fingers). |

Most of the enemies plans fail in this particular one. Hitting the gong being more memorable. I like the two cutscenes in this stage where Taishi Ci leaves and then comes and joins Sun Ce. I guess this is the real reason for the level - Taishi Ci. |

I love 'em. IIRC, DW3's map was very maze-like and was pretty small. I still enjoyed playing there though. DW4's was awsome. The map was huge and I liked playing there. And I always lol at the gong part. DW5's was pretty cool when you play as Wu, but the battle really shines when you play with the Allied Forces, as Taishi Ci. He gets some great quotes and he's just so badass there. DW6's is also really fun, and I like having Yuan Shu & Liu Bei participate. I like the map and it's a great battle to level a character up. |

This is a very cool stage in DW5 and DW4 for leveling up your character. |

Yeah, and with Taishi Ci getting de-cloned, I can see this stage being much harder on high difficulties. |

The towers in DW3 can be jumped in. I first found this out in versus mode, the one where you and 3 officers, I think, go against your friend and 3 officers. I think it's 8 altogether... With the towers that are near the top where you can walk along, you can just quite simply hop into one. Though it was most likely a bug that was never fixed since your legs go through part of the wood. |

I don't mind these stages. They just don't stand out to me in any way. I have a hard time unlocking Sun Ce's 10th weapon in DW4 for some stupid reason. |

i always look forward to this level in all the games, i found it so fun and dw6 was by far the best, the fact that you could swim through half the level was amazing! it was so real!so epic! i only wish sun ce took part in it , he just sits in the main camp which is just un-ce-ish |

The stage was really pretty in DW6, blue skies and pink blossoms. I had trouble getting one of the targets, though. I think it requied 500 KOs in 10 minutes or something like that, but all the enemies died before I could get 500. xD |

In dw4 the Sun Ce and Tiashi Ci relationship was at the peak with Sun Ce asking him to join and when he does he brings reinforcements. But it is hard to kill him since he runs. And the conquest of Wu also is huge and takes while. (Wasnt the conquest of Wu spit to two stags in 4?) And in 6.... its ok not a lot of relationship going on between Sun Ce and Taishi Ci and Sun Ce and Yuan Shu... |

I've always felt like the stage is a "tutorial stage" of sort. Usually it's quite simple how it works out and doesn't have too much hassle going around at the same time. It's usually also working on your favour if you play as Wu. In DW5 there was few simple ambushes making the stage more lively, in DW6 there was Yuan Shu's and Liu Bei's arrival. The latter was quite wtf'ing me and it was somewhat unnecessary for them to even come help ya out. DW4 cant remember anymore. I also found it fun how in DW6 it was not even mentioned at all that Taichi Ci joined Sun Ce after the battle O.o Edited by RedFoxxie, Jul 13 2009, 04:14 PM.
