Well, this is probably the stage I most frequently used in WO.
The battle is led by Mr Ladiesman himself, Magoichi, against that pain in everyone's side, Masamune :P
This is a three star level, and really the best level for obtaining 4th weapons, as there are four officers who leave weapon boxes behind.
Its a battle that can go pretty fast, as everyone basically meets in the middle of the map. Defeat everyone then head to the top where you face Masamune.
Personally I dont find the map used enough, as you basically only fight in the middle and not the corners or sides.

The dialogue does get quite repetitive playing it over and over again  as you hear the same lines from Magoichi, Zhu Rong and Xing Cai

So what does everone else think of this level?

One of my favorites stages from WO! It's my "Officer Pileup" stage. I used it for weapon farming (as you stated), too. Infact, I was just trying to find some combo moves for Xing Cai just last night on it. XDD

So-so.

Great for getting weapons and doing a stage quickly because of no running about or babysitting. But I have much better stages that I would choose over it.

Ahh, Jie Ting. One of my favorite stages in the Shu story. I like failing the flank attacks and triggering the ambush officers. It makes for a nice pileup in the center plus the added enemy morale = more enemies spawning from the gates :ph43r:

If I wanted to farm for 4th weapons, it was on this stage and Wei 6-X. This battle is obviously faster though.

One time I completed the battle so quickly, that some strange things started happening. I just wish I could remember exactly what I did to trigger it

I had a strange experience too, I completed it so fast, I just went straight for Masamune and killed him in a second :P . The strange thing was, that all the lines and quotes of the level still had to be said, so even tho I beat the level, it literally took like 10 more minutes for the stage to end. I did a complete walk through the level, like three times before it ended :D

That sounds familiar ;) I bet that's the same thing that happened to me. I must've hit Masamune with Yukimura's R1 and then continued on about my business :P

Or maybe it was the time I was testing the Yuan Shao R1 + Cao Cao R1 + Tadakatsu R1 OHKO theory

I always like this stage to get 4th weapons easily. What a great level!
My thoughts are pointing to such a violent world.
