I really liked this stage in DW6 and from what I've read most people did because of the difficulty in keeping both bases alive and in Wei hands. Plus making that small detour to Wu Chao and jumping down to take Wu Chao, then the music change, is and was just brilliant. The only thing it lacked was the cutscenes of Guan Yu defeating Yan Liang and Wen Chou, though he did have dialogue with Cao Cao, so I guess that was something. What do you think of any of the versions? |

the one reason i like this level in DW6, is because of Lu Bu, and his level there...i use it as my main training ground, its brillient, its only like 3 stars, and you get to take out two whole armies...and if you play it right....easily get all targets before defeating any one of the leaders...my strategy...run to the middle bases

DW2- I haven't played DW3- Boy, Yuan Shao sure is smart here, he has multiple supply depots, all except one of them masquerading as Wu Chao. Not my personal favorite, but it brings back many memories. The track "Crisis" is also a great track to listen to. DW4- My personal favorite among all the Guan Du stages I've played. This stage is pretty tricky, and the first time playing, I bet you wouldn't have guessed that you have to let yourself be in a defensive situation so that the supply depot siege this battle is famous for would be activated! The track "In Full Bloom" is also one of my favorite DW4 tracks. DW5- Nothing much to say about this track, its pretty simple. It's just a matter of waiting for Wu Chao to open, then just go and attack it. |

DW4 - this stage is the best one for rising the level of your character. Too many Yuan Shao's men. First time playing this, I didn't like defending Bai Ma and Yan Jin because I really didn't know where they were. The supply depot is too far compared to DW5 version of Guan Du. DW5 - I like this stage. The enemies are attacking from the east, north and west. They have to be defeated first before they reach at Guan Du. You have to wait until the supply depot at Wu Chao open, then kill the officer (don't defeat Zhang He, he would defect to Cao Cao after you kill the officer who guards there). When Wu Chao was burnt, nothing to worry. I like the music track (honestly, I forgot the music title) |

really like it in DW6 too "Ultimate Pressure"is the best music of DW6 IMO i like how Cao and Yuan crash againts at front line when play as Cao start in front of Guan Du and run down to front line with Ultimate Pressure play is the coolest motion IMO hate the music change when play as Yuan Cao has a strong defense also 2-3 point ambush this's 1 of 4 stage that i like the most Guan Du,Chang Ban,He Fei and Yi Ling |

DW2 - I loved this battle. No real idea why, but being Dian Wei and fighting off everyone who advanced into Cao Cao's castle was great fun. Of course if you did not help Zhang Liao, Guan Yu, Xu Zhu, Xiahou Yuan and people, they would be somehow routed by Yan Liang and Wen Chou unless you got there morale skyrocketing, or the enemies plumeting. Though, overall it was a great battle. I like the whole placing of Wu Chao and of the camp Liu Bei and Zhang Fei are in as well. Also how Yuan Shao charges out his main camp as he brings out the Siege Weapons to attack Cao Cao's. DW3 - Likely my favourite Guan Du. No reason why, just the whole battle was great. DW4 - Never much liked this one, was fairly plain in my view, likely because it shared the map of that Yellow Turban Stage (forgotten name.) DW5 - It was a good battle in DW5, but I never really got into it like the others. Though I did like the DW5:XL one as Lu Bu, Zhang Liao or Diao Chan in that area. DW6 - Similar to GLP here. I did like the battle generally, found it great my first time using Zhang Liao there, could easily defeat any enemy I came across, but Lu Bu is what made this level so great for me. I would always charge the camps at the center, and just kill everyone. It was fairly easy as well. Annoying if the opposing force stole you officer kills though ![]() Note; I voted Other as it varied for each game. |

Which game? Different scenarios in each. I think it's Chunyu Qiong at Wu Chao in all the games, IIRC. Plus Zhang He defects when it burns. If you mean DW6, go left and follow the ''hidden'' route after defending Cao Cao's camp gate when he prompts you to. Then along the way you're ambused by Zhen Ji, have to go left a bit after, jump down, ambusing Wu Chao. |

DW2: I don't remember it much from playing but the stage never seemed to bother me much. DW3: I don't own this game. DW4: It was okay. I just never cared for the game in general. DW5: I loved it because it was easy to exceed 1000+ KOs in this stage and I enjoy the music for it too. DW6: I find it annoying at times because of all the hills you have wind through. |
