He was in that cutscene for Wei's Chang Ban where him, Zhang Liao, Xu Zhu were looking at Liu Bei's followers. Xu Zhu - ''Wow, it's like a river.'' I liked his voice, too. But Kirk Thornton was still a fantastic change to Xiahou Dun in 4 and til this present day, KOEI is lucky to still have the likes of him and Yuri still bothering with Koei's milking. They must like actually being in, then. And yes, Zhang He rocked in DW3! |

Yeah, I like Kirk Thorton as Xiahou Dun as well, but in a game where everyone else sounds like they couldn't give a rat's ass, David was a refreshing change. |

The voice acting in DW has always been hilariously terrible up until DW6, though there still are a few...odd voices(Zhang He). I've always thought the Samurai Warriors series has good voice acting though. |

I find that Cao Cao's voice has been pretty good, as well as Sun Quan (during cutscenes). I also like Zhuge Liang's and Zhang Liao's (which both aren't too bad). But the worst is probably Xiahou Yuan. Sorry, Yuan, but you're voice is HORRIBLE. Xu Huang's is also somewhat weird. I mean really, 'Don't lag behind,' is said like a robot. I think that DW3 was meant to be funny. Seriously, I remember most of the characters by their quotes, not so much their movesets. I think Xu Zhu, and I remember, 'It's like a RIVER!' not that he was a pretty fat guy with a really slow moving speed. |
