Well, may as well make a topic on the exclusive Gundam to the game.
Overall, a very satisfying Gundam, its C2 is good for one on one combat, its C3 is good for piercing through crowds and its C4 is a great crowdclearer on the same level of G Gundam's C4.
SP attack is great for one on one on Lv1, crowdclearing on Lv2 and powerful on Lv3 I think, though I don't know whats Lv4
Design is also great, namely its 4 weapons, so what do you all think of it? :)

Well, it's the official Lu Bu of this game. I think C4 is good not only at crowd clearing but also damage dealing. If you can control its SP movement you can rack up shotdown count.

Or Honda Tadakatsu since it's a Musha Gundam.

But yeah, all around powerful mech. Main disappointments arise from the fact it only uses it's sword in a lvl 4 SP attack, and it's shot attack isn't really good at anything. Which is a shame since it's a grenade launching musket. You'd think the fact it blows up would have some sort of strategic value, but nope.

Now if only they had included the Knight Gundam in the game too. That would've been awesome.

So this is the exclusive GUNDAM to the special version of the game im taking it - shame i'll never get to play it. Still does anyone have a link of it in action - from your feedback here it seems im missing out on something quite special (the Lu Bu erm Honda of DW GUNDAM and ill never get to play with it :( )

Actually no, here we are talking about the Red Musha Gundam, the main antagonist in the Original Mode which is also in the PS3/360 version. The one exclusive to the special PS2 version is the dark blue Musha Gundam Mk-II. :)

I never really use the Musha, it just seems like a DW/SW character I'd rather use other gundams.

I really don't like the Musha-Gundam, I find it way too broken in that everything it touches is destroyed a little too easy.

Well, Im just using it till it hits Lv8 so I can see its SP Lv4 in action...
The fact that its broken is something I don't like and the design isn't to my liking unlike the Mk-II...

musha gundam is also revamped in GM2,although it takes ages to play as the MS due to many requirements to fulfill in order to use it,but it pays off in the end.

musha gundam GM2 movelist
-C2:spin slash~naginata slam

(a less flashier version of musha MKII's C6,faster,no shockwaves,i rarely use this)

-C3:a dashing poke forward

(kinda like zhao yun's DW5 C1,but faster and more useful, lets you out of trouble, clears crowd, racks SP,and do great damage when focussed on an ace)

-C4:360* slash using his yari and naginata

(VERY wide radius,a great crowd clearer and SP gainer, bad against aces since there's a startup at the beginning)

-C5:stabs enemy, jumps, slams the enemy back to the ground

(UNBLOCKABLE,juggles)

-C6:throws yari upward, unsheathes katana for a very powerful slash(its his LV3 SP in GM1!,apparently this had built in "hard strike" since it can destroy grunts in one hit, does major damage to aces, instant knockdown, but it has really short range so it will be dangerous for you if it doesnt connect)

-dash C:spins his yari in front of him

(think gelgoog's C4,short ranged but good for combos....)

-ground SP:stabs enemy, slams them to the ground for multiple times creating shockwaves, jumps and tosses them to the ground

(his C5 in steroids, its unblockable, which is unique for an SP attack,it has very short range but the shockwaves can damage surrounding enemies, abusable against smarter AI since they can't block or dodge it,but the damage is not very impressive in harder difficulties)

-air SP:dash forward with both polearms in his side

(his LV2 SP from GM1,pretty decent for air combo and crowd clearing, the enemy can flip out to minimize damage but they still can't escape from you,so it deals less damage to hard AI but its still decent)

-overdrive:left and right slashes with both polearms, ending with as pinning strike

(his LV1 SP from GM1,good against MA's but that's it,stick to his regular SP IMO)

well, that's all for musha,i suggest serene mind and high tension for a staple skill, long range&magnetic high also help you dominate more and solve C6's range problem.
