ya that's one of the endearing things about these Warriors games, they often have such legendary quotes that are so much fun! :lol: I heard in WO1, there were quotes such as: "No matter how brilliant a plan I devise, without men to execute it, it is as useless as a mule with a spinning wheel"! "I pity the fool who angers me!". (Mr.T reference? lol.) and one by Keiji Meada where he refers to Orochi as a weird looking snake guy so ya, I wonder if WO2 will have many great original lines too!

I think some quotes are going to be serious. But I think Da Ji, Keiji Maeda, and other characters are going to quote something funny (Well I wish for funny quotes.) But some funny quotes don't make me laugh too. |

I remember the Shu story being serious in WO as well. Except Magoichi's jokes of course. Though I found one I missed on my 1st playthrough and the quote generally makes more sense when it doesn't turn into the Hanzo/Wei Yan cutscene. Wei Yan: I kill you! (to Masamune) Hanzo: Disappear... (to Masamune) Masamune: Is that really the extent to your vocabulary?! You can just picture the words coming out from these mouths. It was about time someone joked about this, too. |

Oh my, when I played the game that quote made me laugh so much that I thought I ran out of laughter. On the contrary, seeing it here made me laugh again XD. Zhang Jiao and Dong Zhuo are so funny sometimes, this is a reason why I like them (yes, brother Yoshitsune, I'm waiting to hear some funny Dong Zhuo quotes from Orochi 2 too ^^). |

Haha, well expect the jokes to be coming from the not-so-serious members of the game. Don't obviously be expecting Zhao Yun to be coming out with jokes all the time, but Masamune and Magoichi... because they are still doing them. Also some joke where Dong Zhuo on Wei 1 comments about him wanting to strangle Cao Cao with his, Cao Cao's, beard... its not even long enough to do it lol! That joke would've suited Zhang Jiao more. WO2 has alot of funny quotes. Remembering them's a different story though... Anyway: Zhou Yu on Dong Zhuo: Dong Zhuo, what exactly are you and your 3rd and 4th chins planning? Haha, I'll try & remember the rest  Edit: Xiao Qiao: With Okuni around, even a big fat dummy like Dong Zhuo doesn't scare me! Okuni: Alright, time to gather up some more charitable donations! Yeah. Zhen Ji also comments about Zhu Rong being half-naked also. I can remember just constantly hearing conversations when fighting Cao Pi and Zhen Ji. They were responding too much that it was distracting me! I think all 3 of my characters had dialogue here... |

@ LDZ; Yeah, I agree, too many quotes there! That cutscence with Zhu Rong & Ginchiyo is epic though. I luv this game ¢¾ @Yoshitsune; Well maybe not spoilers...>.<...I can't believe I haven't looked at hints/guides/faqs ONCE since getting this game. Haha. I would post more, but that Wu-3 was the last stage I played. Now my mo-fo brothers on there. Unfair! And just to stay on topic, there are a few good quotes in Dong Zhuo/Kunoichi/Magoichi's dream. Especially the wine part. |

LOL! It seems that Masamune is always making the jokes. As well as Dong Zhuo and Magoichi. Mago says something like this to Nu Wa: ''I think I've just died and gone to heaven!'' and she responds with a sny comment but I can't remember exactly what. |
