First character to get a scan; What do you think?

KW Comedian Posts: 1,168 Group: Members Member #8,721 Joined: July 23, 2007	Who will be revealed first? A new character? An old character? What are your thoughts? Im thinking Yukimura for Scan 1, then Keiji and Ieyasu -OR- Keiji and a new character -OR- Ieyasu and a new character for scan 2...maybe Hanzo for Scan 3... Go as far as you like XD Why Yukimura first? I dont think I need to answer that. Why Keiji and Ieyasu second? Ieyasu played a big part in SW2, and if thats the same in SW3, then... Why Keiji? Meh, he's a fan-fave I guess.

Posts: 4,284 Group: Members Member #7,714 Joined: June 2, 2007	Two Case Scenarios Option A: No Character Design Changes They should reveal a new character here, if there's no change in appearance from the previous SW games then there's no point revealing someone we've already seen. Option B: Character Design Changes Doesn't matter who's on the first scan now, we're probably going to react greatly to the new appearances of some of our favourite characters.

Im hopeing for a Yukimura and Tadakatsu scan together.

Though if it follows the sequence that DW had with scans then it will be Yukimura with Tadakatsu (Zhao Yun and Lu Bu.) And I wouldn't expect to see the scan so soon, I'd expect somewhere around December if any time.

Posts: 2,736 Group: Members Member #4,229 Joined: November 17, 2006	i'll say Yuki, and as far as the girl, i have a sneaking suspicion that were going to see Kunoichi back in SW3. whether they call her Lady Chiyome and give her the brilliant SW1 alt(with better hair) for a permanent costume is up in the air. she's wildly popular in Orochi(far more so than her counterpoint) and their MS's are evolved enough that they're more different than the clones in DW6... so i don't see much issue.

And foomin, im reaaaally interested in the add of that ninja woman you speak, it might give us a new Nene And um i also must add to the scan list: Tadakatsu(LuBu, etc.) and Nobunaga (Well...is Nobu after all), oh and if you want me to be completely biased id say Kanetsugu and Ina -ends fanboyism- :lol:

Or perhaps plus featuring any or all three - Nobunaga Oda, Hideyoshi Toyotomi and Ieyasu Tokugawa. If any of those three would make it in the first, I would put a bet of it being Nobunaga. Though I'm itching to see if Hideyoshi would look as good as he did in 2, I did not like his appearance in 1. And I really want him to keep that helmet and SW2 voice, please not the WO VA!

And sense KOEI thinks of Honda as the SW Lu Bu then he'll probably be on it as well. I think the three unifiers will be either second or each will haver their own respective scan. Like Nobunaga with No, Mitsuhide, or Ranmaru. Hideyoshi with Mitsunari or Nene. And Ieyasu with Hanzo or Ina or (hopefully) one of the other 4 guardians.

He's their poster boy, even though they seem to focus more attention on Nobunaga and Hideyoshi. Now, I want this game to focus a little more on Ieyasu. First game focused on Nobunaga, the first unifier. Then the second game focused more on Hideyoshi, the second unifier. I do hope Ieyasu gets his share (and this coming from someone who doesn't like the guy much at all, okay?). I'd totally tap that... poor Eastern Army keeps getting thrown into the BAD GUY category...

So, I think we'll have, like SW2, the first characters showed for December... I hope they won't be ruined by the new charadesign

Yukimura is like the 'poster boy' role and Tadaketsu is the big man. Although if theres to be any girl views I suspect Oichi, I think she gonna become quite important, dont know why like.
