Bottom-Left: Currently no Idea... Bottom-Right: Takayama Ukon? It looks similiar to Europeon weaponry, and Ukon was banished to there <_< |

Kunoichi is just a random ninja! I don't think Koei will put her back in. Otherwise they wouldn't take her out in the first place and gave her weapons to Nene. |

If that's Kunoichi, i'll be one happy Warrior fan
 She may be just a random ninja, but she's a great character nonetheless. Besides, Nene wasn't a real kunoichi in history so it's possible that Koei decided to bring back the real Kunoichi and do something else for Nene (hopefully not removing her instead) Anyway, i'm gonna keep on hoping that that's Kunoichi, and the other characters look great. I'm hoping for Ekei Ankokuji or Hanbei Takenaka |

Why do you call them scans when they are simply screenshots?  Annnnnnyway, here are my guesses:  NW: Woman in red = Matsu Maeda NE: Guan Yu-ish guy in green = Ekei Ankokuji SW: Guy? in long coat = Naomasa Ii SE: Man in white European armor = Motonari Mōri? or Ukon like SengokuMusouRyan said... I am most "sure" about the woman in red being Matsu Maeda. Koei just added Toshiie Maeda in SW2:XL, so why not add his warrior wife in SW3? |

I still think that The Kunoichi is probably Chiyome..who may have been SW1's Kunoichi all along! The green dude is most likely Kojuuro, unless KOEI is finally abolishing the "Color=Clan" system they've had.. The Bladestorm-ish person may be something similar to Kessen 3's Amalia..(a European soldier in Japan)..but the basis of why that person is here is obviously still unknown.. And as for the last person, I think it may be Honganji Kennyo. It'd be great to have some Pre-Honnoji addings, because it was rather lackluster in SW2. Also, surprisingly, nobody else has complained about no Saito Dousan yet. I'd love to see him in and start the Sengoku Period off with Nobunaga... |

 I forgot all about Dosan Saito. He did have a unique model in SW1 in No's opening too.
It could be a samurai with a Eurpoean look/weapon like Nagamasa Azai's lance. |

Having the old generic model doesn't mean anything. Judging from the monk-like clothes (just a guess), I really think it's either Ekei or Kennyo. The woman could be Kunoichi, or like Lord Nagamasa said: Chiyome who used to be SW1's Kunoichi. The bottom right one reminds me of Pang De. It could be Katakura Kojuuro. He's a retainer of Masamune who happens to like western culture, so it would make sense. Maybe Koei is trying to make a "theme" for Masamune's army: western equipment and weapons. As for the top right one: i have no clue. It could be Hanbei, but... |

in my opinion i think the first pic is matsu Meada i think she would be cool the second design i think is either Kiyomasa Kato or Kojuro Katakura the third one looks more liek a strategist robes so i think its either Hanbei Tekanaka, Ujimasa Hojo or maybe that monk honganji guy the last guy is unusual although it does abit look like the shimazu clothes so i say Toyohisa Shimazu or that english guy who was mentioned a while back sadxuhuang i just cusious as to your choice for the third pic u said it might be Naomasa Ii. you could be right for all i know. what i think is the pic looks like a strategist look. the styles of the Tokugawa Avengers i would have to say its more like Tadatsugu Sakai or Yasumasa Sakakibara as Noamasa Ii and Tadakatsu Honda were the warriors of the four |

The problem is we can't see the face yet... The first female character seems to be a samurai woman, because of the outfit, maybe it's Chiyome, or perhaps she's the wife of a character already playable... She's in red, so maybe, she could be Yukimura's wife? But that's just an assumption... It could be interesting for Yukimura's personnality development in this SW. Again, it's hard to tell now... I can't wait to know who she is! The first male, I don't know, he seems to be young, but I don't see who he could be, and if the circle symbol on him could be a clan's mon. The third? I don't even know if it's a male or a female, the pose isn't really masculine, so... The fourth, it's clearly an european, I'm not sure who he might be... |

The circle symbol on the second one is symbol for the Kato (from what I learned), that's why I said it was Kiyomasa without a doubt <_______< |

I've been thinking that too. I'm suprised that you're the only one who said that Wei-Yan. I still think that the European warrior is from Japan just with looks from Europe like Nagamasa and his lance. I'm hoping for Hanbei Takenaka or Tadaoki Hosokawa to appear. Hanbei seemed to have his own personality in SW2 Empires being quite cocky. Tadaoki Hosokawa could make Gracia more important. On the topic, I hope she's still cheap and godly like in SW2XL. |

He had two conversations with Hideyoshi and Nagamasa. He was cocky and arrogant. Just that he seemed to be one of the few (along with the Hojo and Tokugawa Avengers) to stand out in the game. |

In noticed the colors are based on certain things. The color of their armor is usually based on later in the game. Kiyomasa being a lord and Nobuyuki having blue armor (he did right?) Others are based on their history such as Naomasa having red armor. |
