This is how I interpreted it. -There might be some special promo going on in conjunction with a movie or performance (which would seem to be this "Red Wall"/"Red Cliff" or whatever). -Some sort of special battle will become available through Zhuge Liang in the market (in three different sessions each lasting about two weeks) and can be done multiple times (?) -There are benefits to participating, such as a special emote (labeled /pidgeon) and a set of items (if you're in the top 50) -Maybe something new with Clashes (need a real translator to figure this one out) -Limited-time clothing that's associated to Red-whatever (I think) -New +8 clothing (and something about "four appeared" as the translator told me, but I don't have a clue what it means) can be found -Something about limited-time items in the Antique Shop Well, that's about the most I can figure out. Maybe someone who can actually read and translate can clarify this better than Google can lol

In that patch, it will contains several events that will related to promote the "Battle of Red Cliff (Chi Bi)" movie. There will be a total of 3 parts for the whole event, which is last until December 2nd, 2008. (By that time, there will be DWO Revolution 3 Patch) Part I http://www.musou-online.jp/announce/081014/01/index.html Zhuge Liang will come to DWO for this special event. You talk to him to do the "Challenging Quest." You can do as many time as you wish for that part. After each round you complete, your record will be on ranking. Anyone that cleared the "First Battle" quest can participate (basically, anyone can join). After you cleared at least the special "Challenging Quest" at least once, you can get the following: Use the "/pigeon" emotion, in which it is like the "/point" emotion, but with pigeons flying toward the direction you pointing at. If you get Rank S on the "Challenging Quest," you can get War Fund as reward. If you get Rank S and buy the ticket to watch the "Red Cliff Movie", you will probably get special cape, in which you cannot get from any other methods. (This is really for Japanese players only!) Battle of Red Cliff Movie's Cape Stat: +1 ATT, +1 DES, +1 DEF (This is the WORST cape! The 5000 XP cape is BETTER, period!) If you get Rank S for all 3 parts of event, you will get special title that specific for this event only. If you are "The top 50" in the ranking of these "Challenging Quest," then you will get a set of usable items. Part II http://www.musou-online.jp/announce/081014/01/index2.html There are 2 new functions added to "Clash" battles. You are now able to choose the force to fight with (just like the "Military Training"), regardless of clash points' connections. The "war difficulty" was changed completely. As usual, like other patches, there will be a new set of "Cash Shop Dresses" from Antique NPC. You can also get +8 equipments from "Expert" difficulty in "Clash" battles. Also, the rare usable item, 真乱舞書 - The Way of Musou (able to use True Musou regardless of health) will be sell from Antique NPC (use Musou Coins). That's all! 	My First Signature in KW... This is the best internet speed (to connect a Japanese Server) that I can get... Connect to JP Server = 175 ms - 198 ms at this speed. However, at night in USA, my internet never get this good speed...

The new clash options (im still a little confused about that.) It seems its like this now 1 (Blue) All ranks over 1000 exp with weapons at least rank 16 allowed 2. (Yellow/Expert??) 2000 exp or higher to join, and weapons at least rank 21 are allowed 3. (Red/Novice) 200-999 exp and weapons at least rank 16 are allowed 4. (Fire) All ranks allowed. Now it will be BASED ON BOTH RANKS AND WEAPON. Beginner (新参) = 都尉 (1000 EXP) or below with the MAX weapon slots below 16 slots. Normal (熟練) = Between 都尉 (1000 EXP) to 輔国将軍 (7500 EXP) with the MAX weapon slots is 16 slot and above. Expert (精鋭) = 輔国将軍 (7500 EXP) rank and above with the MAX weapon slots is 21 slots and above. Musou (無双) = Any rank and any weapons, no limitation ~~Now, it based on the MAXIMUM slots of your weapon instead of the UPGRADED slots like back in the old days.~~ (Snap, it is NOT true... It is still determined by how many slots you used to UPGRADE) Also, some players may have enough EXP to promote, but does not wish to promote, so yeah. The EXP is not restrict, but the rank is.
