It hasn't bothered me at all in any of the games. I actually like the slowdown sometimes. It looks cool when in crowds. What do you think? |

I said "A little, but not much." Honestly, the first time I encountered lag was during 2 player co-op on DW3. And the first few times it happened I thought it was so COOL. Like Matrix slow-motion effect! I wasn't sure if it was intentional or not. The best slow-down is when your doing you Musou Attack. Alas, the effect wears off. Now, it's a pain and a hassle when it lasts longer than it should. Especially when you're running and NOT even encountering enemies... that's when you wonder why you're experiencing lag in the first place!! |

It really doesnt bother me much because it doesnt happen that often. Untill I played Chi Bi on WO2 for the first time. The fire attack went up and I had it for the rest of the level. Its quite iritateing when it doesnt stop. But the last time I played the level, it only happened at the altar. The problem with it, is it only seems to effect the gameplay and not time and messages etc. and that bugs me, it also seems to give a slite advantage toward the enemy

That's what I think. It's cool when that happens. But I suppose it can get a bit annoying when it continues to happen when not in crowds or fighting. I also first experienced it in DW3 (the first DW game I got).

With a double musou it lags, I like it though. On PSP it lags with a bunch of phantom soldiers on your screen, but there's only phantom soldiers in 3 or 4 stages. What's more annoying than lag is disappearing and appearing soldiers. Edited by Silver Sun, Wed Oct 15, 2008 6:54 am.

It entirely depends. If you are executing musou or double musous against large crowds and fighting your way out a la Neo, then its good and looks cool too. If you are entering those garrisions by a horse and plowing your way through a bunch of soldiers, then its OK. If you are just trying to get from point A to point B, like in WO2 Chi Bi, then its bad. But overall, I'm not really bothered. Now, what really sucks is in DW5, when you are faced against a bunch of soldiers and lag, that the status bars and map disappear. |

I'm more concerned about those peons appearing then disappearing... especially in the likes of DW2 and now DW6. Since I haven't really experienced annoying slowdown except when perhaps my game is scratched and is struggling to read the data. The slowmotion deaths which I think were first introduced in the SW series are pretty cool and so I don't mind them staying. |

I don't like the lag IMO. It's slow and I aim to kill quickly. But sometimes it doesn't bother me. |

You know you're really kicking a lot of butt when the game slows down because you're constantly and quickly unleashing all those elemental effects on huge crowds :P. |

Honestly it makes things feel dramatic. Especially if I manage to leap off a tall platform at the same time. When my friend and I play we usually laugh. |

the lag doesn't bother me much but it still does especially when there is like no one on your screen and you suddenly lag for no apparent reason. Lag can be taken advantage of, like timing of charges and musou after going behind their backs. Of course they can take your back but that's besides the point. As many mentioned, I'm more irritated by the disappearing enemy, especially if you are doing your double musou with 2p and the target of your (dis)pleasure suddenly disappears off screen and reappears at the freaking end of the musou with no or little damage. Now that's horrible. |

First time I encountered the dreadful Koei Lag when 2 Player Co-Op in DW3. I was Lu Xun, a friend was a completely maxed out Da Qiao. We're having fun, until we hit the main camp of Liu Bei's camp. The lag was horrible, and the game glitched so bad, it looked as if Liu Bei had disappeared, BUT HIS HORSE STILL MOVED. It killed me. I know now that Liu Bei had killed me, but I swear for the longest time I thought it was his horse. DEMON HORSE FROM THE UNDERWORLD! DW5 and SW2 offered some relief from the lag. Then came DW6 and WO2, ohhhhh, when the level JUST starts and you start to lag, without even meeting the enemy, you know you're going to have trouble. Koei... WHAT HAPPENED?! I thought you fixed that problem? |

A little off topic, refers to your point: bug.It reminds me one time, my Zhao Yun climbing the ladder, but a rock was threw from the top, that moment, I'm not sure I press the JUMP button or not, or what have I done, my Zhao Yun just climbing a "invisible ladder"... Seems he want to climb the "Sky Ladder" toward heaven....?

This teaches everyone to buy a Xbox 360, theres no lagging in it. Ever since the PS2 came out there has been major lagging, the PS3 and Xbox 360 for me have no lagging at all. |

my US 360 version of DW6, lags more than my Japanese version of DW6. and i have not experienced much slowdown on the PS3 playing WO2, but WO on the 360 did lag. the lag in an error that not going to be fixed by the console, it's a programming problem from what i'm given to understand. i have learned to live it, and as some others have said it can be very stylish in certain situations, but just annoying in others. i voted "a little bit". |

Every Chibi stage I go into lags like hell to me. I did have a few others that lag for me in the series but they were not as bad as Chibi overall. The worst is Warriors Orochi 2 because the moment you get into battle, I just starts to lag already. |

Lag bother me a little, but not too much (others games lag too, after all) Well the first time & all the other time, Warriors Games lagged, it was when we played in 2 Players Cooperation, & when there're a lot of soldiers around our 2 characters. Also there're bigger lag, when we're doing Musou at the same time or when one is using Musou when there're lot of soldiers around us. |

It happens alot to me in WO2, the patch didn't fix all the missions (I have the 360 version mind you) Odani, Okehazama, and a few other missions slow down quite often TT_TT |

A little, but not much. 22 (62.9%) The first time I encountered it was in DW4 and at first I thought it was ridiculous. But shortly thereafter, I got used to it and it doesn't bother me in that game anymore. In WO2 it was really bad but I downloaded the patch to fix it and so far the lag that's there is small and doesn't really affect me. |

A little but not much. Really, it's in almost every Warriors game. I don't think I had it much in DW5 though. I don't like it particularly but I don't mind it much. It usually doesn't last long and isn't too annoying that way. Only times I hate it are when I'm trying to finish a level or am almost dead. Then it bugs me since I just want to get the level/the almost being dead over with.
