If a mod wants to change the title to Zaku II (Char Custom), go ahead... Anyways, I'm no fan of its Moveset as I found it really average, though its SP attack wasn't bad... with the axe spinning and Comet Kick, it was quite good... just though I'd start putting in topics for all the MS in GM1... But theres one thing I love about it, the retro design, a classic among many... Well, that wraps up my opinion, wish Char used this in his Official Mode... but oh well... |

The suit is alright but its definitely one of my least favorite to play as. Its moveset is pretty dull. Hopefully some of the new moves in GM 2 will fix that. |

Zaku ll is a killer when beefed up with the attack skills! However will it make it to Gm2 you bet your ass it will with more improvements. |

Slow and likes to use its feet, especially in his SP. It'll come 3rd in my vote, his other two suits I much prefer and believe to be much more useful. |

i am a big Zaku fan...the fact that zaku are the cannon fodder, yet look so cool says a lot. That and i like the heat hawks. Anything piloted by Char gets a plus in my book. |

When I first used it I thought 'Wow, what a really simple and boring and old MS...' and I didn't really notice how powerful is was, until it's SP2 flying kick! It's SP3, barrage of bullets and rockets is also really good, expectially in duels with no other MS to get in the way of the firing line. |

zakuIIS is char aznable's best MS in GM2,nuff said,it has specs that tower over even the more famous wing zero! and in GM2 it has been changed to and even more melee oriented by making his charges kicks,punches and tackles(use that spiked shoulder,boy!),and the "char kick" SP is his ground SP now,which is awesome sazabi and hyaku shiki might be better in paper,but in practice,this way outclasses any of char's MS(aside from zeong,i don't want to be mauled by zeong fans>.<) |

![]() On topic, the Zaku IIS got a lot of love even in DW:G1. Seriously, Zaku IIS vs. Wing Zero. Geeeeeeze. Not that it isn't undeserved from a gameplay standpoint. The Level 3 SP was incredible. |

we need a zeong speciffic topic NOW>.< i doubt char could perform a char kick inside the perfect zeong since it will be clunky like psyco or quinn mantha,perhaps a psycomu version of the char kick?or a char stomp>.<? then again zeong was not a "char custom" MS,i doubt it can do a char kick........its not even RED for crying out loud>.< anyways, zakuIIS is probably the most famous MS in japan,i recall they even have a live sized version of it and a remote controlled human sized version........ |

Alright, alright, I won't talk about the Zeong in this topic anymore. ... Although in the Zeong's defense, it didn't have time to get painted or get legs so we'll never really know. ![]() Okay, yeah, enough of that. Did they get rid of the spinning heat hawk portion of his SP? One other Q i've been watching youtube videos to pass the time. I notcied people don't use all 3 SP bars...Can you only use one at a time? |

yes the spinning loop is gone,but is now used as the 4~5th hit of the S string,so the animation is still there,and the default SP is the char kick now,in air its the rapid bazooka shooting,and his GM1 LV3 SP becomes overdrive SP(the machinegun~bazooka mass shooting) *i don't know yet but the CPU might still be able to perform the heat hawk SP,since you can't use gelgoog-s lv2 SP from GM1(the upwards helicopter spin) but the CPU gelgoog-s can* his air SP,although doesnt sound interesting,is actually stronger than the air twin buster rifle,its very rapid that the enemy have little chance of escaping it...... as for the SP attack,yes,the class 2&3 ms like hamrabi and turn X can only use 1 portion of the gauge,while the GM1 suits plus the new gundams can still use all 3 at once. Thanks for the info. I'm at least glad to hear the heat hawk spin is still there. I like flying Char kick any way. Plus he has his awesome Helen Keller Glasses costume. I prefer the heated weapons over beam weapons. |
