How do you get your 4th Weapons? Like what character do you always use? What stage do you always play on? What difficulty? And What are your strategies for getting them. |

I get my 4th weapons via Wei 8 on chaos, I like to use Orochi (Orochi vs. Shin Orochi is actually really fun) along with the character I want the 4th weapon for, and Almighty Wang for backup incase things go wrong. My strategy is just to play the stage. |

Orochi 5 on Hard Mode. It meets the minimum requirements, is perhaps the easiest stage at Hard difficulty, and with a high Karma, you can nab a lot of fourth weapons. I always mix my teams of characters so that everyone gets 4th weapons in the end. I also play through the entirety of the stage. |

I think SW1 is a great stage too. It's easy, the map is small, and you get about 4 weapons. Takes me less than 5 mins to finish a round, and I'm bound to get a 4th, if not, a really good 3rd. Remember to play the game on CHAOS - the harder, the more likely you'll get your 4th. Any character will work fine, 'cause the 4ths are given to your entire party. |

well, as i've said in the General Discussion, i was having issues with 4th's. i was getting them on Hard, but too slowly. Jasonic suggested i try Chaos, and i've gotten 4ths for every character i've played on Chaos. as to characters, Da Ji comes to mind. as do Kunoichi, The Wangster, Ranmaru and Huang Zhong and his terrific t-string. no particular strategy...stay alive. |

Well I go on Wei's Battle of Shizugatake on chaos, and I always use Orochi, and then two others to unlock there 4th |

If the 4th weapons you want are for your weak characters, I suggest using your strongest, and playing any stage 1 on chaos (like SW1, like i mentioned earlier). I used my Fu Xi (level 70ish) to gain weapons for my Himiko and Katsuie, who were like, level 10, and turned out fine. |

you get fourths on Chaos on any level. even one star. so it's difficult, but after lvel 30 or so most characters can manage it. |

I'm still disappointed at how easy it can be to obtain 4th weapons. At first, I thought some sort of requirement was needed to be completed, like in the DW or SW series

agreed. as much better than WO as WO2 is, the character unlocking and 4ths systems are so much more fun and challenging on WO. |

I play practically any stage on Chaos to get weapons...though I prefer to get 4th weapons from the Battle of Itsukushima on Chaos. Normally I go in with Yoshitsune, and Ina. Yoshitsune is great since at maxed level, he can trash multiple officers with surprising ease. I have Ina around to clear out pesky peons and archers with her spread fire R1's. |

Wei 1 on chaos. You can cut trough 3 weapon box carryers including an ambush and then kill sun wukong easily if you play with sun wukong yourself. Its a small map aswell. always get one or 2 4ths. Only drawback is that after a few runs you are likely to throw the cd out of your ps2 and put on your jacket to go to town cause its extremely boring. |

At this point I've pretty much gotten 4th weapons for everybody. My method was like this. By the time I had to go 4th weapon hunting, my Lu Bu already had Almighty. So what I did was have Lu Bu and 2 other characters that need 4th weapons and clear a story stage on Chaos. Being Lu Bu, I was able to clear everybody in a jiffy and get the 4th weapons for the other 2 I need. Rinse and repeat for the other story stages. The only reason I 4th weapon farm now is to get Almighty, so I use Lu Bu Keiji and Tadakatsu for SW-1 on Chaos. |

I think the best stage to get 4th weapons is Wei stage 1 with chaos mode. It is very easy to get.

Yeah 4th weapons are easy to get compared to WO1 XD We just have to pick one of the first stages in chaos then unlock 4th weapons for the team ^^ (well it's possible around lvl 50 & good abilities weapons) I like all those first stages but I usually play Samurai 1st stage, the village is nice, Sakon is your chief, you have to defeat Dong Zhuo the pervert :P, lol just kidding, it's just one of the 1st stages I use the most in chaos XD |

I use Wei stage 1 to get my fourth weapons, I have Himiko always in my team and two other characters who I want to get fourth weapons for. However sometimes you don't always get a fourth weapon...  WO2 is more easier to obtain fourth weapons than WO1, in my opinion. I've lost count of how many fourth weapons I have in WO2, compared to WO1 where I've got about 4. |

I don't have any 4th weapons yet I didn't grind for 4th weapons in WO (except my first 3), so I'm certainly not going to do it here. Too much grinding = chore  In fact, I haven't even played Hard difficulty yet. When my characters are all level 20, I'm going to play all stages on Hard in both Story mode & Free mode and along the way collect the 4th weapons for all characters. If they don't get them playing Hard, then I'll gradually end up in Chaos mode where the 4ths are guaranteed

I've tried a loads of ways, but the quickest I have found is to do Wei 1 on chaos, using Sun Wukong because of his cloud. I can't remember all the enemy officers names, but you run straight to the third closest, one of the ninjas, get his get weapon. Avoid the ambush, go straight to Dong Zhuo and Hua Xiong, get their get weapons, and then straight to the boar, who I think is Yitterbite, get his get weapon. Then defeat Sun Wukong to finish it off. Usually over in about 3 minutes. If you don't want to use Sun Wukong then just use a horse. |

My method: Battle of Ji Province (Samurai, Stage 2) Use: Sun Wukong (with Tenbu), and the other 2 characters I want to get 4th weapons for. Abilities: Usually a decent Karma level (since it's only a 2-star stage). Info: Use Wukong to speed towards Da Ji, and take her out to collect her weapon. Head into the north-east area and wait for the enemy reinforcements, then defeat Hammerjaw for another weapon. Kill Himiko. The method usually takes just over 1 minute if Wukong is powered up enough, and collects two decent 4th weapons.

'Grinding' for 4th weapons are no where near as painful as everything else. They drop like rain even with Karma around skill8. |
