What characters, and stages do you think will be cut?; Only if anything is cut

So you're saying to cut important characters like Ieyasu, Nobunaga, Yukimura, Mitsunari ect. as playables? Don't think that would work well. People will be more angry than with DW6 and DW6 PS2. No i didnt, i said the new SW2 characters. Ieyasu might be, mitsunari might be but not Nobunaga and yukimura. However im just upping ideas that are fully adjustable to whatnot in the future, my personal preferrence goes out to the SW1 system, but characters having a larger assortiment of movements. To attain this cuts NEED to be made cause (and WO proves it) the more characters the less space, the more characters the less atmosphere and the more characters the less identification. Think logically, not with the 'but i like this chara, and this chara, and oh this one too so they shouldnt be cut' This will be a new game so if you ask me i am willing to even give up ranmaru if it would make SW3 as good as DW3 and SW1 were.

Since his moveset is crap and there isn't any kind of story line they could make for him since I think SW3 will be based on Ieyasu becoming the ruler of Japan time. Another character which most likely be cut is Shibata and Toshiie, they both are minor characters. They might also cut Kojiro...

Yoshimoto, it's not that his MS is bad it's just that he is slow, if you can use him correctly he can be a great character. And, he can have a story, it just needs to go before Oda's rise to power. Opinions are great While you may view Yoshimoto's moveset as not being very good there are people who do. It all depends on how good you are with the said character, you can't simply use the same method with each and every single character and expect the best out of all. With all that said I do have a feeling that Yoshimoto will once again be cut for favour of a different focus, even though I would like to see him around if just to see if KOEI expand on his character. As for stages...I believe that Okehazama may be one that gets cut (assuming that Yoshimoto is out)

If they did tho, Okuni, Gracia, because with her history she didn't have any impact except for being the daughter of Mitsuhide. Yoshimoto should stay and Ranmaru because Yoshimoto was a step towards Nobunaga being a ruler and Ranmaru, his history shows that he is a loyal vassal and actually died alongside Nobunaga, plus he's Nobunaga's guardian, just like Tadakatsu is to Ieyasu.

And no Shibata and Toshiie were not minor. They are two of Nobunaga's most important and trusted generals. In fact I'm surprised they weren't included in the original SW2 since Hideyoshi played such a large role. If there were any characters to be cut from this game I could possibly see Okuni (no story line) and Gracia (unless they beef up the story alot) being cut. Musashi and Kojiro are unlikely, since they both have large fanbases and if you cut one, you need to cut the other. Yoshimoto, though he only has one historical stage is still important to the beginning of the overall story of the game. Kotaro won't be since as of now, he's the only Hojo representative.

Unless Koei give her a better story mode. and I'm not expecting Goemon or Yoshimoto to return either I dont really think Okuni will be cut since she has been in since the start and if she was removed Koei would not sell anywhere near as many copies since she has a huge fanbase
