Imo, i think they'll switch Okuni's weapon to like the kind of weapon that kasumi has in SCIV, and I think Ranmaru will get a Kendo. But thats just me. |

Well, im fine with Ma Chao's weapon switch  And of course i know to be VERY AFRAID OF KOEI I NEEDA BE AFRAID OF THEM MESSING UP ANOTHER WARRIORS GAME

I can easily, easily see them changing Kanetsugu's weapon - while it's a very interesting weapon; and innovative... it's also rather anachronistic in terms of visual relationships. BUT if they adapt his vocalizations to something closer to... well, sermons or even making him an Onmyou - well, maybe. But I can see that change easy. I can also very easily see the removal of Oichi's Cup & Ball (and this is one I'm rather excited for) and a major overhaul for a number of the weapon - while DW6 won't be used as a total design template, one of the more notable design choices was the removal of more anachronistic or unorthodox weaponry. While DW was less involved with such crazy weaponry, it did more or less do away with it - and considering how DW6 treated it's female characters... well, I'd imagine Oichi to receive something akin to her character. And you know one of the ladies are going to get a Naginata. |

No, it's not wrong. What could be problematic about it, though - is that it's not right in a character context. Really, the problem isn't the sword persay - it's the use of Ofuda. As much as Kanetsugu has an high value on the ethics of his character, he's not someone who's related to mysticism as much. And while Ofuda aren't necessarily mystical, they tend to lean that way.

I doubt that... Honestly? I'm very much of the mind that we'll get one more WO featuring the SW2/DW5 models, and then that will be the end of WO. The DW6/SW3 models will be part of a crossover, but it will be a different one (probably with a Chinese demon or the like), and it will be a brand new first time meeting sort of thing.

and it better be Lady Matsu. it was her weapon of choice. however-i would'nt mind seeing Nene changed from her ENTIRELY fantasy-related kunoichi personality to something less fantastical. i.e.-naginata. i'd like her alot better that way. |

While the kedama moveset is interesting I feel it doesn't fit Oichi's character anymore and if SW3 goes in the same direction as SW2 with her then I would prefer it to change to something more fitting. It just that it seems weird with her now. Though I'm not against another character (new) picking up the moveset, it's just that I believe that it doesn't meld with Oichi anymore (in SW1 it did it perfectly, not it just doesn't) |

ALL CHARCTERS ARE CHANGING THEIR WEAPONS ! Nah, I'm joking, but they will be quite a few - Oichi (defo change) Ieyasu (something more real) Gracia (If she stays for SW3, which I doubt) Kotaro (should get a complete change) Hanzo (should get a spear, yes I know, it's odd, but right) Nagamasa (something not so european) Nobunaga (should just stop being demonic) No (get a real dagger) Ginchiyo (get something more real) Kojiro (don't be so demonic) Kanetsugu (not bloody psychic) There are so many  , and this is just a few who should get a change.

I doubt they'll remove the Nagamasa european lance since they're adding the european broadsword and shield. And Kanetsugu isn't psychic he is using mythical Ofuda that are used to seal evil spirits. |

Yeah well that broadsword dude is speculated to be a new charcter anyway and were thinking he may actually be european which would suit, Nagamasa is nothing of the sort (obvs). Still, them card he is using still shoot into the air and fly around his body, psychic or not. If he keeps that kind of moveset, I don't see the game as very next gen, they can do Kanetsugu better than that. |
