Let's say money, resources, looks, etc. weren't a factor, who would you cosplay from Koei games if you had the chance? Or if you're a cosplay vet, who do you plan on cosplaying next?? As for me, I've only finished one cosplay, DW6 Yue Ying, and it was only because I had a lot of help. -_-;; But if I had the means to do so again, I'd absolutely love to try Strikeforce Yue Ying! I love the half-skirt and I think the hair would be a lot of fun, albeit a bit difficult to pull off! I also like the costume of the "yet-to-be-revealed" kunoichi in SW3, her costume looks really cool as well, I like the look of the black and white checkered pattern detail on her. I'd really like to do one of the other next, but I'm not sure when I'll have the time or money to do so again soon.  What about you? |

I thought that now because im a Bladestorm nut...it would be pretty awsome to do a cosplay of Magnus, John Fastolf or Aurthur de Richmont. I really like their designs, and I just guess it would be pretty awsome  As for the other Koei games, Ling Tong and Xu Huang I would love to do, also, Magoichi, Mitsunari or Taigong Wang would be choices for me...I like the designs of alot of characters

*is not a veteran* I will wait till the first SW3 previews come out and do the new Sanada Yukimura, and I'm already collecting plastic containers for recycling into armor plates  If his new design really sucks, I'll do Taigong Wang instead.Either way I'm a bit nervous of getting a wig...I've tried a wig for cosplay before and I just can't get the hang of doing it right. My natural hair colour is black, but I'll still need a wig to do Yukimura. Because thanks to a certain *bald*, white-clad, sengoku-period Avatar of Bishamonten I don't actually have much hair left...<_< Edited by Greenzaku, Nov 29 2008, 11:07 AM.

I would like to do something from Samurai Warriors but their hairstyles with the ponytail directly up is a big factor, Haha. I would like to try Cao Pi DW6, my hairstyle and his in the game is fairly similar |

My cosplay dream list, especially the KOEI ones, are really big, but I'm going to post the Saihai no Yukue ones... Kobayakawa (sp?) Hideaki - Very cute, but very evil person, who might as well might have been Dahila Hawthorne's ancestor or something. His designs seems very simple to do, if it were not for the scythes designs. I like role-playing as mad, cute characters. Todo Takatora - Aargh! I just love not only the smirky emo's hairstyle and attitude, but his costume as well. If only I have the will to make my hair given the emo makeover... Hosakawa Gracia - XD I wonder if I have huge lilies behind me when I do that cosplay... Shimazu Toyohisa - 'Nuff said about the Godot/Diego-ish lookalike character. |

I have currently started my dream KOEI cosplay which is Lu Bu from DW6. I have also fallen in love with the Strikeforce version of Liu Bei so that is on my list for the future too. |

For my next cosplays I'm planning on doing are DW6 Xiao Qiao and Sima Yi. I know I would like to make a DW6 Ling Tong cosplay in the future. I think I would also like to do a Gracia cosplay too. |

My only Koei cosplay, Gracia, wasn't that accurate as it was anyway, considering I rushed the thing in a little less than a week SO... As of right now, Taigong Wang. *.* I adore his his outfit and the cute hair bun thing, plus he doesn't seem that tall so I think I could pull it off. 8D It looks like it'll take a lot of work and time/money (and a good wig) so I'm kinda putting it off for now... This year I'm thinking about maybe doing Xiao Qiao's alternate outfit (the baby blue one) from WO for a local Chinese festival but mostly I'm going to be concentrating on my Gundam 00 cosplay so, I dunno yet. xD |

I'm working on Cao Pi from DW6 for Otakon 2009. I'm going for as accurate as possible, so it's taking a lot of time. Thankfully, I found a great tutorial on how to weather craft foam armor to make it look authentic for relatively cheap, otherwise my wallet would be crying. As it is, I will be cosplaying him for a few conventions with how much this is turning out to be. |

I would definitely cosplay Hanzo in the near future. I am the average ninja height, not too tall, not too short, but just right... I recently bought a ninja outfit off eBay that actually turned out to be a great deal. I got the 2-piece mask, trousers and overcoat, etc... etc... leg straps, arm covers (gauntlets), and tabi boots for all under $60 brand new. All are excellent quality as well. I dressed up for Halloween many months ago (as I don't go trick or treating anymore  ) and just stood on our 2nd story roof watching the kids come by. I even made noises to get their attention, and when they looked in my direction, they never noticed me (or they didn't care...  )Anywho... to make a long story short, I got the materials I need to create an actual costume as I can use what I have as a template and maybe go on over to say Jo-Ann Fabrics (some all lady fabric store LOL!!!!! ) and ask professionals if they could taylor anything for me and create stuff that I do not have the skills to do. I would most likely cosplay SW2 Hanzo and I could create the armor in my college shop and chemistry labs.I have said it before and I'll say it again, it will probably never happen, as money is tight (especially in this economy of foolishness) and I work only in the Summer at Bausch and Lomb, which is a professional global company that pay GREAT (but all the money I make mostly goes into buying books for college and tuition). So maybe someday things will work out for me and I can show off my cosplay outfit like many of you already have. Time will tell I guess...

Assuming I lose about, ugh... 75 lbs? I'd totally cosplay DW6 Lu Meng. The design is simple enough but still pleasing to the eye (not to mention fits my body type, if I'd shed a few pounds). Then, for female, I'd probably want to do either SW1XL Ina or Nene... |

I actually wouldn't mind cosplaying Nene sometime too. Her outfit is really cute, a bit revealing, but not in a skanky way (if you ask me). And hey, I like getting a chance to show off my legs personally. The only thing is the hair... I'd have to chop all mine off... I've had it close to that short before, but right now I'd like to grow it out. Also my hair is far too thick to put under a short wig (I would think). The good thing about cosplaying a female character is you usually don't have to invest too much money in fabric, if you know what I mean. >_> Edited by Manji, Dec 2 2008, 04:07 AM.
