Posts: 2,736 Group: Members Member #4,229 Joined: November 17, 2006	i've said this before in other threads, however it seems important here. the six Musou Modes in Special are worth all the rest of the Musou modes combined. every one of the six decloned characters storyline's has something to recommend it. the new MS are all pretty good, but the stories are what i play for, and these are all really spectacular.

LAGAPALOOZA

THIS and THIS. i played mine on the PS3, i don't know if that made any difference but the lag was the same as DW6 as far as i could tell, however the disappearing officers was my biggest complaint. the fog is the same as ever, but DW6 PS3 SORT of cleared that up, so it was worse than the next gen. and no swimming was a HUGE PLUS in my book. the most poorly innovated and frustratingly rudimentary feature ever implemented. only less despised than cuts and clones.

Posts: 142 Group: Members Member #22,731 Joined: July 9, 2009 Gender Male	well my ps3 didnt have lag like that i mean come on every 17 seconds its starts to slow down. my dw6 didnt have fog or not much it was miles away from the character and the ps2 version fog was worse than dw3 i like swimming i rather do that then walk all the way around the map to help an ally or something. i didnt see the problem since you can go pretty fast in it. Posts: 2,736 Group: Members Member #4,229 Joined: November 17, 2006	Liao Hua Aug 19 2009, 03:13 PM i like swimming i rather do that then walk all the way around the map to help an ally or something. i didnt see the problem since you can go pretty fast in it. it's not the swimming itself, man. it's the getting OUT. or getting knocked in/falling in at a bad place and having to swim all over the map to get out(most notable and horrible maps for this are Chi Bi and He Fei). at Hei Fei, once or twice Xu Zhu knocked me into the river between the two central castles and from there there's only two ways to out, both of which make you backtrack all over the place to get back to the action, often losing bases if you are playing on higher levels. and then the swimming for five minutes thinking you'll find a place to get out, only to find yourself in a dead end...stupid. Empires fixed that by allowing you to jump up cliffs and such, but in the original swimming was useless.
