Behold the spear of Baby Dragon! Posts: 6,846 Group: Admins Member #3,636 Joined: October 5, 2006 Gender Male	Anyone played any? I'm currently interested in buying the PSP title, but would get 1 and 2 if 2 was really worth it. I'm surprised there's no topic here for such a highly rated series.

First Lieutenant Posts: 135 Group: Members Member #13,501 Joined: February 22, 2008	I've played it all, but Ive never fully beaten the one on the PSP. My wife's a HUGE fan of the series, so the only time I ended up playing Chains of Olympus was when she needed help beating the last boss. I love the game. Great, massive scenery, fun fighting system and a good challenge overall. I wish the third major game will have some changes to the gameplay, if just to provide something new. David Jaffe said that it looked amazingly beautiful, and I hope to see more when the VGA award shows it off.

It wouldn't be hard to do so since GOW 1 and 2 are platinum/greatest hit titles and Chain of Olympus was just released less than a year! The first one is a must! Because that where it all began! (although Chain of Olympus is a prequel). Number 2 is more of the same gameplay but it's still great on its own with the continuation of the story. You won't regret a penny you spend on these titles.

I've been advised to buy 1 and 2 for the PS2 on another forum, so I think I'll see, or just think for a while to see if I should just reward my PSP. The story continues on to the second game, so only get that one if the first game is your cup of tea. Better than getting the sequel and getting lost in the story.

Get 1 and 2. 1 because it starts off the series and has great gameplay graphics, music, etc. And 2 because it is a great sequel with even more of what made the first one so great.

A little depressing that we only got a 15-30 second trailer after waiting half a year, but at least it shows that they're still working diligently. I just cannot wait for some gameplay videos though.

People said that about Street Fighter IV, and now look at it. It's a masterpiece after Capcom did some tweaking with the graphics on both consoles. The same will go for GOW3. They still have a lot of development time left, and while they finish the game, they can take the time to tweak the graphics and animation, making it top notch. It's still early, so disregard anyone who keeps saying things like that. That's just ignorance on their part.
	I am currently under leave of absence from the site. I have become tangled up with work and have turned my attention away from the site, as I have unfortunately lost interest and do not have the time to dedicate to it. General Posts: 236 Group: Members Member #20,864 Joined: February 22, 2009 Gender Male	lol admittingly another series i'm hit & miss with, i like the games themselves, but i do not like Kratos, he's just a deranged psychopath with no redeaming qualities to him at all, i'd say he's a slightly more articulate, blodthirstier Wei Yan (of dynasty warrior fame) and while i'm aware of his sorted past, it's not something he ever seems to care about, it's simply stated in a backstory monologe by someone else But still worth a rent as the rest of the series was, if only cause it's a well polished hack & slash game, but i'm still left cold & uninterested by Kratos & the story (which to me is the most important aspects in any medium, games included)
