I tried that 4th mission the first time with a Gouf and failed. I then tried it with a Z'Gok, Instant Hero + Small Giant, and then of course Zero Range Shot/Sniper/Square Drive and pretty much ran right through the Dark Gundam. It's all about the skills... Edited by Osiris, May 24 2009, 11:50 AM.

For me, the Gouf did perfectly well against Devil Gundam... when I did a Combination SP with Haman's Qubeley, I'll just say Constant Beam Shooting is way more deadly compared to my Heat Rod... it was litterally a OHKO...

Ok... I'm three characters away from unlocking all the playable characters. They are Quess, Gyunei and Reccoa! For the first two, I'm working on it! But for Reccoa Londe, how am I supposed to shoot her down with Yazan when she doesn't appear in his story missions? (Btw, Yazan only has two story missions right?) And I don't know any missions that have Reccoa as the enemy. I know of one but it requires Frienship friendship level with Reccoa first which is my problem in the first place because I've never encountered her! Any tips please?

Thanks Eni but I'd already unlocked her! I'd tried the random method! It was really frustrating! She'd never come up as my enemies! So I tried the longer but more warranting way! First I made friend with her, Sarah and Scirocco to unlock a stage (can't remember the name, something Jupiter) that has her as one of the enemies! I was able to unlock Quess, Gyunei and Reccoa all yesterday and still didn't get the trophy! Then I realised I haven't unlock Ramba Ral yet! (*face palms) |

more missions on ps store there names War!? - this is the 1 we've all been waiting for the Sarah vs Reccoa mission. basically two sides are fighting with 2 aces on each side who are fighting one of the aces on the other side u choose who u want to keep alive and kill the ace there fighting to make them join u after the first ace is killed Sarah and Reccoa appear and u can choose who to save as usual also once u finish it u get both strike Freedom and infinite justice license. Holy cow! Look at all this sweet junk! 1&2 these are to help u get parts for hard to get mobile suits first is ground based second is in space. Edited by TrueChaos, May 29 2009, 12:22 AM.

I forgot about the SF & IJ licenses with the War DLC, was a pleasant surprise when I finished the mission with Roux (who is seriously underleveled on my file). Now I guess I'll do a few more levels in those with her to expand her Skill set before doing the last Story Mission with her

I tried the new DLC missions last night, it was great to finally unlock Char's Z'Gok without having to play the same mission over and over again. Netting the Playable Mobile Suits Complete Gold Trophy afterwards was a nice surprise too. I'm also approaching the 100 hour mark for total time played on this game...and I still haven't finished all of the missions with Athrun yet.

War!? is pretty awesome you get lisences for two of the coolest MS! Btw is there any specific conditions that triggers Zeon faction mail? I couldn't unlock Ramba Ral as none of my characters are in Zeon! My Char used to be in Zeon but I don't know how I got him joined there in the first place! |

Try to get good relationships with Dozle or Ridden. Also you need to have good Relationship with Rambal Ral to be able to play his "This is no Zaku!" Mission, which is needed to do the mission where you unlock him. |

I think the best bet is to be in a good relation with Dozle. He's the only high ranking Zeon member. Now to unlock Ramba Ral, you first need to complete the collection mission "That's no Zaku!" after you get a letter from Dozle. That opens up a special Dozle request mission to save Ramba Ral, and you unlock him afterwards. To unlock Dozle himself, you first need to complete all the Zeon missions, then you get a letter from Gihren Zabi. Select the top option. |

I've played "That's no Zaku!" but it didn't unlock anything as I already left Zeon (I presume)! So do I have to play that stage when I'm still a member of Zeon right? |

Well, you have to play that Mission in order to be able to play "Dozle's Secret Request", which you should've had unlocked by opening a Terminal Message from Dozle. I'm not sure, i do think you need to stay in Zeon to do that Mission, again i'm not so sure. <rant>Argh, stupid Newtype mission trigger already!</rant> |

Friendship level? Because my Jerid is on Trust level with Ramba Ral right now and I still don't have it! *sighs Btw how do I get Hyaku Shiki's rank 4 part? Do I get it via completing mission(s) just like other Rank 4 part missions? But it doesn't seem I have one for Hyaku Shiki! Anyway thanks for the heads up Eni!

Really, hmm that's odd i had a good relationship with him and he sent me a Terminal message that unlocked that Mission. Also according to GameFAQS, Official Mode, Char Aznable's story - All Rick Dias pilots successfully enter the atmosphere in mission 4 and escape Jaburo in mission 5. That's how you unlock the rank 4 parts. That or complete True Dynasty Warriors Gundam. |

Not much discussion on this game a month on is there? I finally completed the True Gundam Warrior mission so I've got all Rank 4 Parts (Finally!), I'm trying to fill out my achievements now. I've got 3 more movies to unlock (no idea what they're meant to be) and I guess there's the Secret achievements which I'll look up. I think they're the Super Zaku and Ball missions, right? As for playing the game, I'm not really playing on my Xbox anymore at all. I guess when Prototype comes out in a couple of weeks I'll be into it again

well,they did realize it will attract MORE sales(maybe its chin's doing?) as apparent by the voice option reappearing in the PSP version of WO2...... so yeah the return of the music and JP voice will definitely boost the sales of DWG2 if only for a little which is what KOEI wants also:long time no see,still playing GM2 or already quitting the zeong hype? |
